No special equipment is required, and there are no special clothing requirements.
Clothing should be athletic, comfortable, waterproof, and weather-appropriate. We warn you about the weather a week before the start of the tour. In the mountains, the weather is changeable and unpredictable.
- sports sneakers / boots, the main thing is that the sole is not smooth and slippery (special trekking shoes are not required. If there is one, then you can take it. If not, then you shouldn't buy it on purpose.;
- trekking poles are also optional (the route is of medium difficulty and in fact the poles are not particularly needed. If necessary, they are available at the box office);
- swimsuit for thermal springs, flip-flops, umbrella/raincoat;
- you should not take a large backpack on a hike. Of the mandatory items that should be in a backpack, these are some personal hygiene items and a water bottle. If the guest uses a thermos, he can take it with him.
Clothing and shoes should be athletic, comfortable, waterproof, and weather-appropriate. Special trekking shoes are not required. If there is one, then you can take it. If not, then you shouldn't buy it on purpose. Sports sneakers and boots are quite suitable, as long as the sole is not smooth and slippery.
Shoes should be worn, not new. At least 2 pairs are required.
