Tour organizer's comments

The tour is of medium difficulty, it requires good physical fitness, absence of hypertension, weight no more than 150 kg, age no more than 70 years. A tourist should be active, hardy, and have strong joints. There will be routes ranging from 6 to 18 km long along narrow and rocky trails. But we always walk at a measured pace, and we make regular stops along the route.

If a tourist is tired and realizes that he can't go any further, then he can make a stop. The group will go on and pick him up on the way back. You can skip some days of the tour, do not follow the route, it is not prohibited. But then the tourist is left without lunch, as the lunches take place on the routes.

Most of our tourists are people who are participating in such tours for the first time and most of them go through all the routes. But in any case, good physical fitness is required.
