Tour organizer's comments

We need good physical fitness and the absence of hypertension. A tourist should be active, hardy, and have strong joints.

There will be routes ranging from 6 to 18 km long along narrow and rocky trails. But we always walk at a measured pace, and we make regular stops along the route. If a tourist is tired and realizes that he can no longer walk, then he can make a stop. The group will go on and pick him up on the way back.

You can skip some of the days of the tour, do not follow the route, it is not prohibited. But then the tourist is left without lunch, as the lunches take place on the routes.

Most of our tourists are people who are participating in such tours for the first time and most of them go through all the routes.
