Day 1 - Arrival in Yekaterinburg. City sightseeing tour
Independent arrival at the hotel (Lenin Avenue 9a).
Luggage can be left in the luggage room.

10:00 Sightseeing bus tour of Yekaterinburg.
Visit to the Europe-Asia border.
14:00 Lunch at a restaurant in Yekaterinburg.

15:15 Museum of the History of Yekaterinburg.
A modern museum using modern technologies, in a spectacular and exciting way, covering the events of urban history.
16:30 Gastrotheater with tasting of honey drink and “fast food” of the tsarist times (an excursion for those who wish for an additional feethe fee is 1200 rubles/person).
At the end of the tour at the museum – free time in the center of Yekaterinburg, independent return to the hotel.

12:00 Excursion to the Museum of Military Equipment (UMMC Museum complex, Verkhnyaya Pyshma) – the largest technical museum in Russia (Inspection of the exposition on the open area / exposition of the Exhibition Center).
15:00 Lunch at a restaurant in Yekaterinburg. We're letting the bus go. A pedestrian crossing.

Nevyansk is the city where the Demidov Empire began, founded on the initiative of Peter the Great as a place for an ironworks.
Later, the main facility of the city, the factory, was granted to the Demidov family. Demidov factories began to appear all over the Urals and Siberia, and the city in the XVIII century became the main industrial point of the Urals!
10:30-12:30 Sightseeing tour of the museum complex, directly at the foot of the Nevyanskaya inclined tower of the Demidovs (objects: Nevyanskaya inclined tower, monument to Demidov and Peter I) with a story about the history of the tower (construction, purpose, location, architectural features). The uniqueness of the moment is the tower in the scaffolding – with a story about the history of the tower's restorations.
Virtual (with the help of a video panel and a prepared video sequence) tour of the tower: floor-by-floor appointment, patronage legends.

Excursion “Traditions of the Demidovs – in modern times”: the museum complex of the combine, a visit with an excursion to the metallurgical production of the combine (blast furnace No. 7, converter shop or wheel-banding shop), an inspection of the historical blast furnace No. 1.

The Historical and Technical Museum “House of Cherepanovs” is offered as a replacement for the tour participants who did not get on the tour to EVRAZ. Nizhny Tagil is one of the largest and oldest mining centers in Russia. It was here that the most modern blast furnaces in the world were built (from 1725-1735) in terms of their technological equipment and capacity!
It was in the city of Nizhny Tagil that the Cherepanov mechanics created the first steam locomotive in Russia.
