Horse riding tour through Dombay and Elbrus: Kuban Ring

After breakfast we leave for the village of Khurzuk.

We saddle the horses and climb from Khurzuk to the Kebek-Bashi gorge, where there is a forest house at an altitude of 2600 m. There is everything you need for our overnight stay.

We're setting up camp, setting up tents. If desired, you can spend the night in the forest house.

Sunset from the Chygysh saddle is the first view of the Caucasus that cannot be forgotten.

We're not setting up camp today, so we'll be back here for the night.

We ride to the neighboring Tar-Kol gorge on the Dzhuguturlu-Kel and Chuchhurlu-Kel lakes, and above there is Lake Kangshau, you can walk to it and walk, depending on your desire, at an altitude of 2800 m.

We will also climb to the observation peak of the mountain, which connects four gorges: Tar-Kol, Kichkini-Kol, Tabshyn-Kol and Ullu-Kam.

Everyone can swim in the lake on horseback.

In the evening, return to the camp, dinner by the campfire, legends and songs.

After a hearty breakfast, we pack up the camp and set off on an exciting hike to Jili-Su. Crossing the Kyzyl-Airy pass, we admire the immense views of Elbrus.

We are climbing to an altitude of 3,000 meters. And then we descend into the picturesque Kichkini-Kol gorge and the Ullu-Khurzuk valley, the descent to which is steeper than a roller coaster.

The reward for our efforts is an unforgettable hot tub experience!

Concluding our energetic day, we set up camp and raise tents in this amazing abode of nature.

The morning at the camp is shrouded in freshness and anticipation of new adventures. Breakfast.

The sun, just rising over the mountain peaks, opens up vast expanses in front of us, inviting us to long-distance travel. In the morning, you can swim in the springs again.

Then we pack our backpacks, stock up on a delicious lunch, saddle up our horses and set off for Lake Qarly Kel. At the Jelly Pass, at the very foot of Mount Elbrus, we descend into the Kukurtlu gorge.

We will descend through the volcanic ash through the Tau-Jylamuk waterfall to the longest tongue of the glacier in Europe.

We will enjoy the incredible views, have lunch and continue down the Kukurtlu gorge back to our camp.

We're having breakfast and setting up camp! The ascent is in two senses at once: wake up and ride your horses steeply up to the relict lake Khurlakel.

Our route will run through the picturesque Ullu-Khurzuk valley, through the Juuakaly-Kol gorge and saddles, along the incredible Biyazir pass and the Sadyrla plateau at an altitude of 3300 m. You will see the Elmez-Tyub ridge and the Beru-Auuz saddle.

After descending to the lake and choosing a cozy place to set up camp, take a walk along the shores, arrange trekking along the rocky, harsh monuments. Take a chance to swim in the crystal water!
