Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival. Geduco Thermal Springs

    Group gathering:

    • 13:30 railway station Min. Waters;
    • 14:00 airport Min. Water.

    18:30-19:30 Gathering of the group in Vladikavkaz, Beslan airport.

    Transfer by bus from Mineralnye Vody to Ingushetia (260 km, about 5 hours). On the way, stop for 1-1.5 hours at the thermal springs.

    Tourists who join the group in Beslan will not be able to get to the thermal springs.

    The first stop is Geduko thermal springs. This wellness complex is open all year round. Accordingly, even in winter frosts in the hot springs, the temperature of which reaches 30 degrees, you can swim comfortably, at the same time improving your health.

    Please note! Bathing accessories (swimsuit, towel, flip-flops, hair clip) should be put in a separate bag in advance and taken with you to the bus cabin.

    After the healing baths, we continue on our way to settle in a cozy hotel in Ingushetia in the evening.

The route is a trekking route. Trekking is walking through mountainous and rugged terrain. The route follows forest trails and dirt roads. 

This type of outdoor activity involves daily climbing and dropping heights (ascents and descents). There will be an altitude difference of 350 to 430 m per day. Climbing 350-430 m is about the same as climbing 120-150 floors.

It's important to know

Personal equipment you need for the tour
  • jacket and fleece;
  • hat, gloves;
  • running trousers and T-shirt;
  • underwear, tights, socks;
  • warm, waterproof walking shoes. The route runs on asphalt, along a trampled snow trail, through fresh snow;
  • flashlights (gaiters, gaiters, shoe covers). They are useful as protection from dirt.;
  • trekking poles. The sticks significantly reduce the load on the knees. Tourists who have problems with their knees, joints, and excess weight must have trekking poles. If necessary, the club provides them for rental.;
  • sub-colonel;
  • swimsuit, towel (for bathing in thermal springs) and flip-flops;
  • child's passport/birth certificate;
  • camera/video camera;
  • toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, razor and comb;
  • sunglasses must protect against exposure to sunlight, which can burn the outer layers of the eye. When sunlight reflects off snow, it becomes very bright and is accompanied by an intense glare that makes it difficult to look at.;
  • thread, needle;
  • waterproof clothing or raincoat from the middle of the thigh and below;
  • backpack for walking (20-25 liters). The backpack contains the tourist's personal belongings, as well as food for lunch, which is provided by the instructor (the weight of the products is 400-600 grams);
  • toilet paper (useful during daytime walks);
  • a thermos flask is required (volume 0.75-1 l). Every tourist takes tea for a walk in a thermos;
  • mug, spoon;
  • shoe dryers. On walks, we walk along snowy paths, by the evening the shoes become wet, they need to be dried.;
  • sunscreen, lipstick;
  • individual first aid kit.
