Itinerary

Day 1 - Gathering of the group in Moscow, Ivanovo and Shuya
07:45 Gathering of the group and meeting with the guide M. Novogireevo in the bus parking lot of the Mercury shopping center (the last car from the center, exit No. 6). The sign "New Year in Russian traditions".
Boarding the bus (there is a fixed seating arrangement on the bus, seats are determined as they are booked).
08:00 Departure of the guided bus. Travel information. On the way— each guest will receive a textile gift.
Arrival in Ivanovo.
Sightseeing tour "Calico city in New Year's lights" with an inspection of architectural monuments of the 17th century, luxurious mansions of Ivanovo — Voznesensky manufacturers, factory complexes that are unique examples of Russian industrial architecture of the late XIX–early XX century, St. Vvedensky active convent.
Excursion "Secrets of the calico kings, treasures of the Ivanovo patrons". Famous manufacturers, merchants, their mansions, enterprises, museums and libraries that made up the glory of Ivanovo-Voznesensk, the first office — management of the village of the 17th century, the first printed buildings of Osip Sokolov and Soviet masterpieces: ship house, bullet house, bird house, horseshoe house.
Lunch at a cafe on the route.
Transfer to Shuya.
Arrival in the ancient city of Shuya, a small provincial town in the Ivanovo region. One of the romantic poets of the Silver Age, Konstantin Balmont, was born and grew up here.
Merchant Shuya was famous throughout Russia for fairs, and rich merchants built beautiful mansions and erected temples.
You will admire the beautiful four-tiered bell tower. Its height is 106 meters, which makes it the second in Europe among the belfries standing apart from the temples.

Shuya is now the capital of the Russian Nativity and the spiritual Orthodox center: before the revolution there were 23 churches here. Every January, a Christmas tale comes to life here.
The Russian Christmas festival has been held in Shuya for several days: the light installation "Temple" appears on the site of the Spassky Temple destroyed in Soviet times.

We will visit one of the wonderful sights of the city — the mansion of the palace-type manufacturer, merchant of the First Guild Mikhail Alekseevich Pavlov (1846-1915).
A beautiful two-storey building with a beautifully preserved rich interior. Of particular interest is the antique mirror. Magic glass cannot be cleansed of its past.
If you put your palm to the mirror and make a cherished wish, then it will certainly come true. Only a palm mark must remain on the glass.

Day 2 - Shuya, interactive program, New Year's banquet

There is a musical program for you all evening with the creative group "Kristall" and its soloist Olga Romberg. The presenter, a vocalist with an original voice, the author of the famous hits "My Russia", "Kalinov Tsvet", "Balalaechka", the only winner of the L.A. Ruslanova Prize in Russia.
Dancing, songs, contests, congratulations from the president, delicious dishes from the chef will create a festive mood for you!

Day 3 - Palekh and Ponkino, village lunch
10:00-12:00 Brunch in the hotel restaurant.
12:00 Departure to the village of artists Palekh.
A walking tour through the cozy streets of Palekh.
A tour of the workshop "From icon painting to lacquer miniature", where you will be told and shown how Palekh masters create their amazing works.
Transfer to the small village of Ponkino, which is lost among the snow-covered fields on a rustic rampage.
Fun contests and outdoor activities with the Kristall group.
A comic marathon is a fun run in felt boots, outdoor games, snowballs, and a snow woman, yes dancing, yes accordion, ditties—choruses, yes mischief, yes pampering!
The contests are fervent, and the games are popular. And so on until lunch... or dinner.
A rustic lunch in a real Russian hut.
Green cabbage soup with pork, and Russian pickles: crispy cucumbers, sauerkraut, vigorous tomatoes. Homemade snacks from the cellar.
And the lard is rustic with horseradish with crumbly potatoes. Homemade lamb and, of course, berry juice, from the samovar of seagulls, and a rustic first-timer!

Day 4 - Picnic on the lake shore, entertainment program, Suzdal
