You can take photos and videos throughout the tour.
The Volgorechensk Fishery, the oldest in the country and has been operating since 1975, is one of the largest producers of black caviar in Russia.
There is a shop on the farm where you can buy fish products, ranging from traditional carp, hot and cold smoked, to luxury products such as black caviar.
Transfer to the village of Sidorovskoye, Krasnoselsky district.
The Sidorovsky Jeweler's Tales village tour is designed for lovers of historical mysteries and rural travel.
The village of Sidorovskoye was mentioned in the XVI century, when it belonged to boyar F.I. Mstislavsky, the head of the boyar government, and was one of the centers of the royal horse breeding. There was also a fish settlement, which regularly supplied the Volga sterlet to the royal table.
Jewelers of Sidorovsky sacristy workshops worked on the iconostases of the greatest shrines. There was even a special Sidorovsky Row at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair, which represented the work of our jewelers. The fishery has not died out to this day. It has experienced ups and downs, and today it appears to us in the form of factories that create works of art.
A team of like-minded people from the local rural bureau will help you to open the curtain of mystery and find out the names of the heroes who glorified the Kostroma region.
The village itself is located on the high right bank of the Volga tributary of the Shachi River, the floodplain of which, as a result of the construction of the Gorky hydroelectric power station, was turned into a bay. The terrain, intersected by several deep ravines, is exceptionally picturesque.
The center of the village is a vast area, the western side of which turns into the steep shore of the bay. On this edge stands the winter church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, and in the very center of the square is the summer church.
Lunch made from farm products.
A master class on making a small piece of jewelry that everyone will take with them. Visit to the Sidorovskaya jewelry factory with a shop, which has been operating since 1919.
The factory shows an old building with equipment that was used in Soviet times, presses and other heavy machines. There is a wax machine in one of the rooms, they show how wax models are made.
The factory produces rings, earrings, pendants and other silver jewelry. You can purchase products at affordable prices and excellent quality.
Transfer to Volgorechensk, a small provincial town of power engineers on the Volga River, located in one of the most picturesque places in the European part of central Russia — on the right bank of the great Russian Volga River.
This is a very young city in 1964. Half a century ago, architects planned to build Volgorechensk as a city of the future — spacious, modern, unlike the rest, and it really differs in many ways from its small—town counterparts… Who do you think has a monument erected on the main square of Volgorechensk? No, not to the leader of the proletariat. Not a writer or a poet, or even a famous countryman. A monument has been erected… And who will you find out by visiting this city.
We invite you to visit the museum in the corridor "Once upon a time there were Pioneer Builders". This is an excursion into the past, a story about the people who stood at the origins of the construction of Volgorechensk. We will be happy to take you on our time machine back to the past, immerse you in memories with warm nostalgia.
Interactive program: let's play, let's remember how pioneer ties were tied, how they jumped through a rubber band and rewound a tape recorder with a pencil.
