Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Hiking in the Terskol gorge
The transfer will be waiting for the participants near the railway station from 10:00 to 11:00, after that we will meet those who arrive before 12:00.
We are going to the Baksan gorge in the village of Terskol, altitude 2100 m.
We check into a hotel or campsite according to the selected accommodation conditions.
Hiking in the Terskol gorge begins with a dirt road running along the river, which then moves away from the road, then approaches it.
We stop at the Barakat guest house, take pictures on a swing against the backdrop of rocks, glaciers and beautiful views of the Main Caucasian Ridge.
Then the road turns into a trail, we go up the gorge for about an hour. We pass a spring with clear cold water and climb along the shaft of an ancient moraine to the bridge on the observation deck, from which the Terskol waterfall is visible.
In the evening, dinner, meeting with the group, and a lecture on "How to dress in the mountains."
Climb 600 meters, duration 2-3 hours up, 1 hour 30 minutes down.

Day 2 - Trekking to Terskol Peak via waterfall and observatory
Breakfast is served at 8:00. After breakfast, we will leave, if necessary, we will stop at the rental on the way.
The road to the waterfall goes through a fragrant pine forest, after a rest we go out into the area of alpine meadows, passing the exits of the bizarre basalt rocks formed during the eruption of Mount Elbrus.
After two hours of walking, we will come to the Maiden Spit waterfall, the height of the water drop is about 30 meters, the width of the drain is 20 meters, the water is clean, it crumbles in elastic thin streams.
Continuing the ascent along the dirt road, we will reach the observatory, an altitude of 3100 meters. Excellent viewpoint on Elbrus, Cheget, Donguz-Orun.
There is a long rest, lunch and descent to the hotel.
Dinner at 20:00. Lecture "Fundamentals of movement on grassy and talus slopes".
Climb 1000 meters, duration 4-5 hours up, 2-3 hours down.

Day 3 - Climbing Cheget 3461 m
Breakfast is served at 8:00.
Cheget is located exactly between the Main Caucasian Ridge and Elbrus. Today you will find the most fascinating views of Elbrus, Donguz-orun and the Seven glacier, as well as a lot of amazing stories related to these places.
The road starts from Chegetskaya glade. We make stops every hour, we stop at the cable car stations.
At the second station, an altitude of 2600 m, there is a cafe with the best chebureks and tea from sea buckthorn and barberry, you can go to the famous cafe "Ai".
At the third station there is a 3,100 m swing with a view of Elbrus and an excellent observation deck.
The height of Cheget is 3461 meters, the most prepared will climb to the top, those who are tired can wait for the group here.
20:00 Dinner.
The climb is 1400 m. The duration of the ascent is 5-6 hours, descent by cable car.

Day 4 - Narzanov Glade — ecotrope hike
Breakfast is served at 8:00.
In the Narzanov glade, mineral water springs are waiting for us, gushing directly from the ground.
Along the ecotrope equipped with gazebos and information stands, passing through the forest along the Baksan River, we will reach the "Narzan Glade".
There is a souvenir market and a cafe, and you can enjoy national cuisine. The walk on this day is short, it will allow you to rest and recover a little more.
20:00 Dinner.
The duration of the hike is 3-4 hours in both directions.

Day 5 - Ascent to Elbrus by cable car. Walk to the shelter 11
Breakfast is served at 8:00. We have organized a transfer to the Azau clearing.
We will take the cable car up to the Gara Bashi station, 3800 m high. It is a favorite place for photos and panoramic views of the most beautiful peaks of the Caucasus: Ushba, Ullu-tau, Shtavler, Dognguz-Orun.
There is a cozy cafe, you can have a snack or a full lunch before going down.
The kingdom of stones, snow and ice, almost immediately we go out onto the glacier and climb along a good "road" to a height of 4150 m, where in 1936 the highest mountain hotel in Europe, Shelter 11, was opened.
In good weather, this is a great place to camp, climbers pass by, snowmobiles and snowmobiles. If desired, you can take a snowmobile ride to the Pastukhov rocks.
We also take the cable car back down, and the transfer takes us back to the hotel.

Day 6 - Trekking in the Irikchat gorge
After breakfast, transfer to the village of Elbrus, 12 km. The hike to the Irikchat gorge, which leads to the eastern slope of Mount Elbrus, begins right here.
The first section of the path is the most difficult, it is necessary to gain 350 meters of height. After passing through the Sand Castles, we will enter a beautiful pine forest.
The further path through the gorge is no less beautiful, streams, alpine meadows, small waterfalls, thickets of ripe raspberries in late summer, a view of the Eastern peak of Mount Elbrus.
We walk at a comfortable pace, making stops, taking pictures, enjoying nature.
Dinner at 20:00.
The climb is 500-600 m. The duration of the route is 3-6 hours.

Day 7 - Donguz Orun Lake Walk
Breakfast is served at 8:00.
A simple hike to Donguz-Orun Lake starts right from Cheget glade, where our hotel is located. The journey takes an hour and a half.
The lake is very picturesque, the water has a beautiful turquoise color, and the rocky and icy peaks of Donguz-Orun and Nakra-tau rise directly above it.
The return trip is also easy, if desired, you can go down on the Cheget chairlift.
Dinner at 20:00.
The climb is 500 meters. The route duration is 5 hours.

Day 8 - Camping trip to Syltran Kel Lake
Immediately after breakfast, we drive down the gorge to the village of Verkhny Baksan, from where the trail to the Syltran-kel lake begins.
It is located at an altitude of 3186 m and is one of the largest and highest mountains in the Elbrus region. The lake is surrounded by the peaks of Syltran and Mukal, whose height is almost 4,000 m.
There are good sites for tents on the shore. Tourists do not carry tents when hiking on the lake, there will be new ones in the parking lot.
Here we will see the sunset. Dinner at 20:00.
The climb is 1,600 meters. The route duration is 7 hours.

Day 9 - Syltran Pass Hike
In the morning, after breakfast, we will climb the Syltran pass.
It offers a view of Elbrus from the northeast, far below us is the valley of the Kirtyk River. After the pass, we go down to the camp, pack our tents and go down.
In the village of Verkhny Baksan, we will be transferred to our hotel in Cheget meadow.
Dinner at 20:00.

Day 10 - Departure
Breakfast at 08:00.
The tour ends, and participants are presented with branded souvenirs and certificates.
We are going to Mineralnye Vody. Transfer in the morning.

The Kavkaz Hotel

Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, desk, underfloor heating and a set of towels, slippers, hairdryer and cosmetics. Wi-Fi is also available in the rooms.

There is a shared kitchen, a sauna, a sauna, a green courtyard and a picnic area for guests. For entertainment, there are barbecues with firewood, a large canopy, as well as opportunities for fishing, horseback riding, gipping and horseback riding. Parking is located on the street in front of the building.
