There is a certain excursion route on each day of the tour. On the day when it is proposed to choose an excursion, the tourist needs to decide on an excursion when buying a tour. Otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to determine the tour at its discretion and in this case no claims will be accepted.

Daily communication with the tourist:

Every day, the company's manager will contact tourists: inform them of the bus number for the tour and specify the time and place of boarding. For morning excursions, the bus number is reported after 20:00 on the eve of the trip, for lunch excursions, the bus number is reported an hour minutes before the start.

The organizer reserves the right to change the order of excursions, and if it is impossible to conduct any excursion, replace it with an equivalent one, without reducing the total volume of the program. The company reserves the right to make changes to the tour schedule depending on objective circumstances. The organizer is not responsible for the weather conditions and the situation on the roads.

The peculiarity of the region is the lack of the ability to pay by card, in the Caucasus almost everywhere payment is made in cash. In markets, cafes, and cable cars, you need cash with you everywhere.  It is not always possible to make a transfer, since communication and the Internet are not stable in the mountains.

There are many different nationalities living in the Caucasus, which have their own traditions and customs. And the traditions of the peoples we come to visit should be treated with respect.

Men should have their knees covered, it is better to wear trousers. Instead of a T-shirt, you should wear a T-shirt or a shirt. 

Women should have their shoulders and legs covered, it is better to wear a dress or skirt to the floor. Trousers are allowed for women, but not shorts.

It is not recommended to stay in mineral waters for more than one hour, and it is better to divide this hour into several short dives of 15 minutes, since the waters are saturated with a large amount of minerals and useful substances, which are not recommended to take immediately in large doses.

It is better to stay in the water up to the chest, without lowering the body up to the neck, and in no case should you dive.

Breakfast at the Beshtau and Mashuk Hotel is a buffet, and at the Nautilus Hotel there is a set.

In Mashuk, lunch and dinner are on the menu, choose on the spot.

In Beshtau, you need to choose the food option from the menu in advance (you can choose when booking a tour).  

Attention! The restaurant's opening hours have changed at the Nautilus Hotel (from 8:00 to 19:00). In this regard, tourists will have a lunch box instead of dinner, which will be warmed up at the hotel.

The discount for children under 10 years old is 5%.
