The only thing worth it is the old German school "Waldwinkel", built back in 1890 and carefully recreated by the current owners of the building. The lessons that take place there give children and adults the opportunity to feel the spirit and atmosphere of a real old German school.

But this adventure is far from the only one on this route. After all, we have yet to see the Gross-Lehitten church, where prayers continue to be offered, and the Teutonic castle of Labiau, and man-made canals, it's not for nothing that this region is called Prussian Venice, and even the Eagle Bridge.

At the Fisherman's House Museum, you will learn all about fishing, and then, walking along the picturesque shore of a bay teeming with feathered inhabitants, you will climb the real Rinderort Lighthouse — the only one of the three where guests of the Kaliningrad region can get to today. The preserved Georgenburg Castle is preparing to become a museum, and during the First World War, an infirmary was located in the school, in which the royal blood served as sisters of mercy.

Napoleon Bonaparte once stayed in this city. Orthodox services are held in the well-preserved building of the Lutheran church.

Filled with impressions, we will go for lunch to a cafe located in a cinema building built in the early 20th century.

Over the years, black-and-white film stars Marlene Dietrich and Lyubov Orlova have performed in this cinema, presenting their films.
