- AAlexandra12 Nov, 2024about providerThe team on the ground completely won me over! Their dedication to their work is incredible. We felt taken care of in every way, right down to the smallest details! The tour operator stayed in constant contact with us, providing a clear, updated transport schedule that was easy to follow. They chose the right transport for each route — sometimes a bus, other times a KAMAZ truck. When the route required it, we’d switch vehicles halfway to ensure maximum comfort. We always had water on hand, and, when needed, they provided hearty snacks. Plus, they equipped us with everything we needed for different activities. Comfort and confidence were guaranteed throughout. But what stood out most was the people! The guides truly love their work! Every one of us felt well cared for, with just the right level of attention. The ratio of guides to guests was always spot-on. They could talk endlessly about Kamchatka, which was fantastic, as we discovered more and more each day about this fascinating place. The mountain guides were incredible too — calm and even playful as they guided us up Avacha, watching over the entire group and supporting us both physically and mentally. They even carried supplies on their backs, including a thermos, so we could unwind at each rest stop. A huge thank you to the entire travel agency team, with special thanks and greetings to our guides: Evgenia, Ilya, Vitaly, Fedor, Maxim, Yana, Dmitry, and Nikolai! You all are amazing! And a special shout-out to the chef at the mountain base camp — his jam-filled buns at dinner will forever have a place in my heart!12 Nov, 20246 more photos
- LLudmila31 Oct, 2024about providerThree 'young-at-heart' ladies—two at 78 and one at 85—fulfilled their dream of seeing the eastern edge of Russia by flying to Kamchatka. There are so many unforgettable impressions; it’s hard to put them into words—you really have to see and experience it yourself! It wasn’t always easy given our age, but it was absolutely worth it. I want to extend special thanks to everyone we interacted with. This is truly a Big Country—with dedicated guides, well-organized excursions, and kindness and support whenever we needed it. We are so happy with this trip. I hope everyone, especially young people, has the chance to visit and see just how vast, beautiful, and diverse Russia is! We rented a wonderful apartment—clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged—and we are grateful to our host, Eugene. Thank you all, and don’t be afraid—anything is possible!31 Oct, 20246 more photos
