1. All excursions and observations are carried out only as part of a group and are accompanied by an employee of the Reserve and a tour guide.
2. Observation and photographing of birds and animals are carried out from separate stationary points agreed with the state inspector of the Reserve.
3. It is forbidden to harvest firewood in the vicinity of the camp or along the route. Firewood must be delivered in advance.
4. Tourists are not allowed to take dogs with them.
5. Household garbage and food residues are collected in a special container at the base camp and subsequently removed from the territory.
6. It is forbidden to carry out observations at bird nests in rainy and cold weather, as well as from a distance closer than 50 m.
7. It is forbidden to purposefully pursue animals, including for the purpose of observation and photographing.

Follow all the safety requirements of the guide on the route:

• Be careful when driving through difficult terrain, when crossing river fords and streams.;
• do not leave the group without the permission of the guide, stay within sight of other participants of the trip.;
• take precautions near an open fire (campfire, primus stove, gas burner);
• Do not drink water from open reservoirs without the permission of the guide.;
• Do not eat unfamiliar mushrooms, berries, or other plants.;
• Carefully monitor your physical condition, observe sanitary standards and personal hygiene; at the slightest indisposition, immediately inform the guide.

On foot:
– maintain a distance between the participants in the line of sight;
– follow the trail one at a time, keeping up and not getting ahead of yourself;
– be aware of the person coming from behind: hold the branches and warn of obstacles.;
– do not smoke while driving;
– when driving through thickets of nettles and hogweed, to avoid burns, wear trousers and a long-sleeve shirt (T-shirt).;
– when driving at the thermal sites, strictly follow the guide-guide one at a time, do not leave the trail in any case, stop only at the indicated place.;
– self-examination and solitary stay at thermal sites are unacceptable.

When overcoming water obstacles:
– do not arrange crossings without the permission of the guide;
– ford only in shoes.;
– when crossing over rocks, do not jump – step carefully from rock to rock;
– when wading, be sure to unbutton the waist belt of your backpack and loosen the straps.;

When meeting a bear:
– in most cases, a bear tries to get away from a person first and shows aggression, as a rule, only when protecting prey or offspring.;
– it is not recommended to run away, to be aggressive, it is recommended to leave unnoticed;
– it is recommended to scare the bear away with noise: metal clanging, whistling, flare, upward shot, fire;
– to appear bigger, raise your arms up, preferably with a backpack, while swinging slightly, the bear has poor eyesight, and he usually does not mess with an opponent bigger than himself.;
– if an animal roars a warning from afar that you have entered its territory, then immediately return back.;
– you can hide in a tree from a brown bear, because it does not climb trees.;
– a bear with a baby bear is especially dangerous, if you see a lone bear cub, come back immediately, because the bear is somewhere nearby.;
– If a bear approaches you while fishing, stop fishing. If there is a fish on the line, do not allow it to splash. If this is not possible, cut the line, because if the bear realizes that he can only get fish by approaching the fisherman, he will come back again.

In the mountains:
– in the mountains, it should be borne in mind that a sharp cry, a shot, a rocket launch, or loud singing can cause a landslide, avalanche, or rockfall;
– climb scree and steep grassy slopes as close to each other as possible and in a serpentine pattern.;
– it is not recommended to enter glacial caves on the "tongue" of the glacier, go down into the ice cracks;
– if the avalanche has fallen high enough, take an accelerated step or run away from the path of the avalanche to a safe place or hide behind a rock ledge, in a recess (you can not hide behind young trees).

If you are caught in an avalanche:
– if it is impossible to escape from an avalanche, get rid of your backpack, take a horizontal position, tucking your knees to your stomach and orienting your body in the direction of the avalanche;
– cover your nose and mouth with a glove, scarf, and collar;
– when moving in an avalanche, try to stay on the surface of the avalanche with the help of swimming movements of your hands, moving to the edge where the speed is lower;
– when the avalanche has stopped, try to create a space near your face and chest, it will help you breathe. If you can, move towards the top (the top can be determined by the direction of the saliva by letting it flow out of the mouth);
– once in an avalanche, do not scream – the snow completely absorbs the sounds, and screams and senseless movements only deprive you of strength.;
– don't lose your composure and don't let yourself fall asleep.

• do not swim in hot springs immediately after eating, as well as after drinking alcohol;
• do not allow prolonged bathing in hot springs, be afraid of overheating;
• do not swim in hot springs at night and alone, as well as in unequipped reservoirs and rivers.
• prolonged stay in thermal pools is not recommended, the optimal time is 5-10 minutes; if you feel unwell, leave the pool and contact your guide immediately.
• It is not recommended to dive in hot thermal water;
• when bathing in the improved hot springs and recreation centers, hand over documents, money and valuables to the administrators; do not forget to lock the locker for clothes; when leaving the pool, check if you have forgotten your personal belongings.

1. Transfers to and from the airport are carried out only on Sundays and Saturdays, on other days it is possible to arrange an individual transfer for an additional fee (the price depends on the number of people), in this case, the money for the group transfer is non-refundable.
2. On the day of arrival of the main part of the guests, a WhatsApp group is created to inform tourists, where the guide or the company's managers on duty announce changes in the program and confirm the departure time.
3. All excursions depend on the weather and may change places. The organizer reserves the right to change the order of excursions by day, provided that all the stated services are performed.
4. All excursions outside Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky take place on shift buses based on KAMAZ and/ or snowmobile transport (snowmobiles in sleds or snowmobiles).
5. The start time of the excursions may vary, as indicated by the guide on the eve of each excursion.

• Do not leave the base camp area without informing the camp commander or senior guide;
• follow the daily routine according to the tour program;

• In accordance with the rules of fire safety, smoking is prohibited in the cabins of the base camps. Bonfires can be lit only in designated places (there are bonfires on the territory of the camps), after notifying the camp commander or the guide;
• in accordance with the safety rules, cooking in the houses of the base camps is strictly prohibited (cooking hot food is allowed only on bonfires, in designated places).

Before traveling, we recommend that you sign a medical insurance and accident insurance contract for the duration of your stay on the route. If you refuse to purchase an insurance policy, then you will bear the costs incurred as a result of an accident or sudden illness yourself.

Medical care is provided in accordance with the law on health insurance. At the same time, you will have to fully reimburse the costs of emergency transportation to a medical facility yourself.

Do not forget to warn the tour operator about your chronic illnesses in order to avoid unpleasant incidents on the route.

To prevent sun and heat stroke, you should wear clothes made of natural fabrics, as well as a headdress.

Before the trip, form a personal first-aid kit, since most of our medicines are sold only by prescription. The first aid kit may include:

• medications for motion sickness in transport and on the water;
• painkillers;
• remedies for cardiovascular diseases;
• gastric remedies;
• dressing material (bandages, cotton balls, Band-aid);
• insect repellents (meaning mosquito repellents and midges, there is no encephalitic tick in Kamchatka);
• sunscreens and creams for skin care after sun exposure.

On the route, avoid eating unfamiliar mushrooms and berries, as well as water from rivers, since really clean water can only be in springs and small streams.

Each hotel in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Paratunka has a restaurant or cafe where you can have lunch or a snack. In addition, there are many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores in the city itself. If you stay in the village area. Paratunka, then, as a rule, there is only one catering establishment at the recreation center, there is no other infrastructure nearby.

The food on the tourist routes is prepared by our experienced chefs and usually deserves high marks from the guests. In field conditions, high-quality locally produced products are used to the maximum, including freshly caught fish, fresh meat, and local vegetables. The menu also includes fresh fruits, juices, and desserts. Alcoholic beverages are provided upon reservation.

The climate of Kamchatka is very peculiar. From the sharply continental peninsula in the north (the villages of Esso, Klyuchi, Milkovo), to the temperate marine one in the south (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and the coast).

Summer is short here, in some areas it lasts about two months, especially in the northern mainland of the region and in the mountains. There are few hot days. Days when the air temperature rises above 20 ° C, there are no more than 2-3 weeks on the coast. In areas far from the sea, the number of such days increases dramatically. The warmest month on the coast is July, in the central part of the peninsula – July, August.

It is cool in the south in summer (from +10 to +20 on the warmest days), warm in winter (from -10 to 0). Precipitation is common in summer and winter (snow, rain, fog, drizzle). In the north it is cold in winter (up to -40), in summer it is really hot (up to +40).

Due to the proximity of the ocean and mountainous terrain, in one day in Kamchatka you can experience a temperature drop from +25 in the valleys to +5 in the mountains. In late August and early September, the first snow appears on the tops of volcanoes, and at the foot of volcanoes, the air temperature at night can drop to negative values.

Avacha Bay
It is considered one of the most beautiful in the world. The coast of the bay is winding, indented by numerous small picturesque coves. Two fresh rivers flow into its waters. 32 species of fish live permanently in Avacha Bay. Almost all year round, there are several species of flounder, terpuges, gobies, sea bass and white-throated halibut. Seabirds are quite numerous in the bay area. In the coves located at the entrance to the Avacha Bay, you can find seals that are almost not afraid of people and let them get quite close to them. Of the large animals, killer whales are noted in summer. The waters of Avacha Bay are full of the gifts of marine nature – sea urchins and crabs.

Oldies Island
It is located approximately 10 km (5.5 mi) from the entrance to Avacha Bay. The island got its name from the small seabirds that make nests on it – old men (or in another way - hatchets.Starichkov Island is a water reserve teeming with hatchets, loons, cormorants and other waterfowl. There are several white-tailed eagle nests and a seal rookery on this piece of land.

Country springs
The mineral hot springs are located at the southeastern foot of Rocky Hill near Mutnovsky volcano. This is a unique active fumarole field, the hot gases of which pass through the water of a cold stream, heating it and creating a gushing effect. The chemical composition of steam-gas jets is quite diverse and contains copper, manganese, zinc, arsenic, antimony and radon. 

Vilyuchinsky pass
It is located at an altitude of about 1000 meters above sea level. The pass offers a beautiful view of the Vilyuchinsky volcano, as well as other volcanoes of the Southern Group. 

Avacha volcano
One of the most active in Kamchatka (2,751 m), it is often called the "home volcano" because of its proximity to the city. Its crater is filled with frozen lava, from which fumarole vapors often rise.

Camel Mountain
It is a volcanic extrusion rising on the pass between two volcanoes, Koryaksky and Avachinsky. The mountain is about 1200 m high and takes about 3 hours (7 km) to climb to the top. From the top of the Camel, you can enjoy a view of the Avacha River valley, Avacha Bay and the surroundings of Petropavlovsk and Yelizovo.

Cape Mayachny
An observation deck with views of the Three Brothers Rocks, the oldest lighthouse in the Far East, panoramas of the Pacific Ocean, Starichkov Island, volcanoes of the Southern Group and rocky cliffs. 

The ethnic complex
It is located outdoors with scenic views of the Koryak and Avacha volcanoes. You will get acquainted with the culture of the indigenous peoples of Kamchatka (Koryaks, Itelmen and Evens).
