For the most active and hardy participants — climbing the Plosky Tolbachik volcano (3140 m).
At its top, we will have an unforgettable view of the lava fields, dozens of volcanoes and volcanoes located in this area, as well as the old Tolbachik crater, about 500 m deep!
The ascent is technically not difficult, it is pedestrian without the use of any special equipment.
But there will be a protracted climb to the crater, it usually takes 6-8 hours.
From the edge of the crater, you can see the crater of the Plosky Tolbachik volcano — 2 km in diameter and 500 m deep.
And in the other direction there is a view of the neighboring peak of the Ostroy Tolbachik volcano, as well as a panorama of the volcanoes of the Klyuchevskaya group.
In case of good weather, there will be an opportunity to look from above at all the places where we passed.
In the evening, we will descend from the volcano and return to the camp through the already familiar lava field.
If desired, you can not go to the volcano and stay in the camp.
On the way light, 13 km, climb 1800 m, drop 1800 m.
If it will be difficult for you to walk through lava fields and cones, then we strongly recommend not climbing Tolbachik!
The guide may unilaterally refuse to allow climbing to those of the participants who do not have good enough physical fitness for reasons of both their own safety and the safety of the group.
