Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Getting to know the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

    Meeting at the airport.

    Transfer and accommodation at the hotel.

    Transfer from the airport with arrival at the monument "Here begins Russia":

    • flight from Moscow 1730 arriving at 10:00 a.m., flight from Novosibirsk 5249 arriving at 10:20 a.m.;
    • Flight 1734 from Moscow arriving at 13:10;
    • Flight 1738 from Moscow arrives at 15:30.

    The arrival time of flights can be changed by airlines.
    Arrivals at other times can join these transfers.
    The cancellation of the transfer is not compensated.

    On this day, you can independently see the historical center of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, stroll along the Embankment, walk along Nikolskaya Sopka, visit the Maksutov battery and other objects of the city's history.

    At 19:00 meeting with the guide at the hotel, discussion of the program.

    Lunch and dinner on this day on your own at your own expense.

  • double accommodation in hotels in Paratunka (mainly 2-room block type rooms: common entrance, hallway, bathroom and two separate rooms) — 4 nights;
  • double accommodation in hotels in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky — 2 nights;
  • multi—bed accommodation in a mountain tourist shelter in the area of Gorely and Mutnovsky volcanoes - 2 nights.

Single occupancy is possible in hotels in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and in Paratunka for an additional fee of 35,000 rubles.

It's important to know

Personal equipment you need for the tour
  1. A small backpack for climbing, one for two (it contains things necessary only for radial exits, such as a jacket, hat, water, snack, camera).
  2. A sleeping bag is optional, there are sleeping bags at the campsite under the volcanoes, but if you want to sleep in your sleeping bag, then take it with you, or you can take an insert into the sleeping bag (this is an analog of a sheet /duvet cover for a sleeping bag).
  3. Foam seat (optional).
  4. Trekking boots (necessarily waterproof).
  5. Gaiters are optional.
  6. Replacement shoes (sneakers).
  7. Sandals/slippers/flip-flops/crocs.
  8. Hiking pants (synthetic is better, cotton is not desirable).
  9. Membrane storm pants — against wind and rain (not necessary if hiking pants will combine the function of storm pants).
  10. Windbreaker jacket (membrane and hooded) — against wind and rain.
  11. Raincoat or raincoat suit (optional if you have a membrane jacket and pants made of high-quality material with a water resistance of at least 10,000 mm).
  12. Thermal underwear is optional, it can be replaced with fleece items.
  13. A warm fleece or a wool sweater.
  14. Fleece pants should be worn under hiking /storm pants (not necessary if thermal underwear is available).
  15. Lightweight hat, gloves
  16. Thermal socks (2 pairs).
  17. Trekking poles (telescopic poles are folded very compactly and can be easily brought with you; there is no rental).
  18. Sunglasses.
  19. Sunscreen.
  20. Bathing accessories.
  21. Personal first aid kit.
  22. Personal hygiene items.
  23. A mosquito repellent (if you are very afraid of mosquitoes, you can take a mosquito hat with you).
  24. A flashlight (preferably a headlamp).
  25. Towel (preferably) — we will have a stop at a tourist shelter where towels are not provided.
  26. Electric shoe dryer.
