Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Thermal springs
We will meet you at the airport or at the Mineralnye Vody railway station, from where a group transfer departs at 12:00 and in an hour you will find yourself in fabulous Pyatigorsk.
Check-in at the hotel (check-out time is at 14:00).
Free time.
But the real rest will start in the evening!
You will have a trip to the thermal springs of the village of Suvorovskaya, where the healing water, saturated with minerals, will give you health and relaxation.
Imagine how you enjoy swimming in these magical waters, getting rid of tension and stress.
And after that — fragrant tea with jam or honey in a cozy cafe!
Don't forget to bring your swimming trunks, towel and slippers.
Despite all the benefits of thermal waters, they also have contraindications – high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases.
An additional fee is an entrance ticket to the springs (from 700 rubles/person).
Return to the hotel.
Dinner (on your own).

Day 2 - Pyatigorsk city tour and climbing Mount Mashuk
Route length: 13 km.
Walk duration: 5-6 hours.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a fascinating walking tour of Pyatigorsk, known as the "natural museum of mineral waters".
You will see the observation pavilion, the Aeolian Harp, the grotto of Diana and the beautiful Flower Garden Park, as well as taste the healing waters of the drinking gallery.
But the highlight of the day will be climbing the majestic Mashuk Mountain!
During the excursion program, you will climb Mount Mashuk, which occupies a special place in history and literature.
The height of the mountain reserve is almost 994 m, and the ascent will take place along the trail of the Bernardazzi brothers, the main architects of the city.
The observation deck at the top offers a magnificent view of the panorama of the Main Caucasian Ridge, headed by Elbrus.
After having a lunch box at the top, you will go down to the hotel and enjoy a well-deserved rest.

Day 3 - Hiking on the Small Saddle mountain in Kislovodsk Park
Route length: 15 km.
Walk duration: 5-6 hours.
Transfer to Kislovodsk.
A walk through the Middle Park and a climb to the Mountain Park will give you an unforgettable experience.
While walking along the slopes of the Djinal range, you will admire the views of the city, and from Maloe Sedlo Mountain you will have a stunning view of Elbrus and the endless expanses of the Caucasus.
The mountain seems low, only 1325m above sea level, but it towers over the city and is a great place to relax and admire the surroundings.
If you wish to see the laccolith mountains of Pyatigorsk - Beshtau and Mashuk, as well as the endless spurs of the Pasture Range, relax among the mountain grasslands overlooking Elbrus, the guide will take you to the observation deck of Bolshoe Sedlo Mountain (1400 m above sea level).
After a rest and lunch (lunch box), you will return on foot along one of the picturesque therapeutic terrains of the park.
Independent return to the hotel in Pyatigorsk by train.

Day 4 - Zheleznovodsk. Climbing Mount Zheleznaya and hiking to Razvalka Mountain
Route length: 15 km.
Walk duration: about 5 hours.
After breakfast at the hotel, a transfer will take you to another city in the region – Zheleznovodsk.
It is famous for its cozy, chamber park with magnificent ancient and modern architectural monuments, such as the villa of the Emir of Bukhara, Pushkin Gallery, Stone of Desires.
However, your path lies further into the mountains surrounding the city.
The first stop that will be waiting for you along the way is Iron Mountain.
After climbing the serpentine to the top, you can enjoy a bird's-eye view of the laccolith mountains and the city of Zheleznovodsk itself.
Next, terrencourt will lead you to the cave of primitive man, Saltpeter rocks and to Mount Razvalka, a natural monument, an ancient volcano riddled with tunnels.
The program of the day can be adjusted depending on the degree of preparation of the group.
The highlight will be a lunch in nature (lunchbox).
After the walk, transfer back to the hotel in Pyatigorsk.

If desired, on this day, for an additional fee, you can visit the "Italian Baths" — the best thermal resort in the South of Russia (visiting only for persons over 14 years old).
Slavic-type thermal water is indicated for diseases of the nervous system and sensory organs, organs of support and movement, the genitourinary system, and respiratory organs.
The complex has an aroma sauna, hammam, Roman bath, salt sauna, relaxation pool, snow, baptismal font, Kneipp path, impression shower, outdoor pools with different water temperatures and water attractions.

Day 5 - Climbing Mount Beshtau
Route length: 10 km.
Walk duration: 4-5 hours.
Breakfast at the hotel, after which you will be transferred to the foot of Mount Beshtau, the highest peak of the Caucasian Mineral Waters — 1402 m.
"Five mountains" is how the name of the mountain is translated from the Turkic language.
That is why the resort town, lying at the foot of the famous laccolith, was named Pyatigorsk, and the entire region as a whole is commonly referred to as Pyatigorsk.
The ascent to the top will take place along the trail laid by the Caucasian Mining Society back in 1902.
Climbing to the top will take from 1.5 to 3 hours and will require physical expenses, however, they will be more than compensated for by the impressions and incredible landscapes!
Lunch (lunchbox) with a stunning view will remain in the piggy bank of the most vivid memories for a long time.
In clear weather, a magnificent panorama opens from the top of the mountain, giving unforgettable impressions — you will see all the peaks of Pyatigorsk, the mountain ranges of the Greater Caucasus, and at the head of all — the legendary, eternally snowy Elbrus!
Descent from the mountain, return transfer to the hotel.

You can spend this day exploring the resort on your own: stroll through the resort area, buy souvenirs or visit the city market.
If desired, you can go with the whole group on a bus tour to the mountains — visit the Chegem waterfalls or the mountain resorts of Dombay, Elbrus, Arkhyz.
Self-service transfer to the airport in Mineralnye Vody.

The three-star Beshtau Hotel is located near the center of Pyatigorsk, not far from Komsomolsk Park, the memorial of military Glory and the church of Lazarus the Four-Day. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Cleaning is carried out daily.
