Day 1 - Train departure from Moscow

Day 2 - Mandrogs. White Bridges Waterfall

07:30 Let's get on the buses and go to the amazing village of Mandrogi!
Breakfast on the territory of the village of Mandrogi.
Walking tour (2 hours).
A journey into the past: You will see authentic 19th century houses brought from Vologda and Arkhangelsk regions. Craftsmen of folk crafts work in them – you can try yourself in pottery or wood painting.
Secrets of the Lukomorye (children's program): We will take a magical walk to the clearing, where favorite characters of Russian folk tales hide among the fairy-tale enchantments of firs and birches.
There is also the ancient temple of the Prophet Elisha, and you can hear the soulful singing of the small composition of the bishop's choir.
Vodka Museum (adult program) – national pride! You will see a unique collection (almost 4,000 bottles from all over the world!), learn about age-old traditions and, of course, taste selected vodka or aromatic tincture with crispy cucumbers and fragrant crackers from the chefs of the Gostiny Dvor restaurant! This is not just a museum – it is a hymn to the Russian spirit!
Free time for an independent walk around the village.
11:30 Departure from the village of Mandrogi, transfer to the station. Lodeynoye Pole.
12:00 Departure of the train to Leppasilta station.

15:30 Arrival at Leppasilta station.
Transfer to the mysterious White Bridges waterfall (Yukankoski).
The tour takes place in off-road off-road vehicles, so be prepared for shaking while driving.
The location is located in the wild — there are no equipped toilets and paved trails. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes, as well as take the necessary personal items.
Encounter with unspoiled beauty: we will reach the highest waterfall of the Northern Ladoga region (18 meters). It is a place of power, hidden in the wilderness of the Karelian forests. We invite you to take a boat trip along the beautiful Ladoga skerries, an analogue of the Norwegian fjords. Take a speedboat ride from the Sortavala Center pier to the rocky islands with a unique ecosystem, stroll through the rocky islands and the relict coniferous forest.
A boat trip awaits you:
stunning views of Lake Ladoga;
slow passage through the ridge of rocky islands — Ladoga skerries;
a walk along the rock of one of the islands; (duration about 1.5—2 hours).
The boat trip may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. The money will be refunded.
Please note! A fee of 350 rubles per person is charged for visiting the Ladoga Skerries National Park for tourism and recreation purposes. Payment is made using a QR code. The train attendants will provide a business card.
A visit to the water walk is held instead of a sightseeing tour of Sortavala.

By the Ruskealsky Express retro train (the cost of an additional service is 1,850 rubles/person). This is not just a transfer, but a full-fledged tourist attraction and a unique experience. You will take a ride on a real or stylized antique steam locomotive along a scenic road through Karelian forests and lakes.
By bus. The standard and fastest group transfer on a comfortable tour bus.
Arrival at Ruskeala Mountain Park.
The Marble Canyon is waiting for you — a masterpiece created by nature and human hands. Sheer cliffs reflected in emerald waters, tunnels that hold the secrets of centuries ... Here every corner breathes grandeur and harmony.
You will hear the "stone singing" (as the locals call the echo in the canyon), and you will feel time freeze so that you can enjoy this moment.

It's important to know

Air and railway tickets to Moscow are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.

It is impossible to know in advance whether passengers can board and disembark at non-fixed stops, upon arrival at which the tour service is provided (there may be parking on the train, but boarding/disembarking may not be allowed. There are various reasons for this. For example, the length of the platform does not allow, the train is on the sidings, and there is basically no platform.). The tour operator is not responsible for boarding and disembarking passengers when the train stops without sightseeing services.
Tourists can join the tourist route on any part of it, where there is a train parking with an excursion day service. But without recalculating the cost of the tour in terms of railway transportation. Since a cruise train ticket is issued from the start point of the tour to the end point of the tour, there will be no recalculation of the cost of railway travel in this case. For sightseeing days when tourists will not be present on excursions, we will recalculate the cost.
In a 4-seater compartment for two people, top+bottom accommodation is provided. Placement on the two lower shelves is possible only in a 2-seater compartment or a ST.
The purchase of the fourth seat in the compartment is optional, accommodation with check-in is possible.
Tours on the territory of the Russian Federation do not imply the presence of a notarized consent from one of the parents / legal representative for the child's trip accompanied by a third party. However, we recommend a handwritten consent from one of the parents / legal representatives to make a decision if medical care is needed for the child + a copy of the first page and the page with the registration of the parent / legal representative giving the handwritten consent.
Smoking is prohibited on the train (both electronic and plain cigarettes; a fine of 1,500 to 2,500 rubles). You can smoke in the train parking lots, if possible, get off the train in smoking areas specially designated on the platforms.
The tour operator issues railway tickets according to the tariff without transportation of animals (for group railway transportation of tourists, this tariff is not possible for registration). In addition, it is not allowed to enter the tour bus with animals (there may be allergies in the group). Pets are also not allowed to enter the museums.
