• Visit to Mount Paaso:

Transfer to Mount Paasonvuori (abbreviated as Paaso). 

In the Sortavala district of Karelia, not far from the village of Helyulya, there is an attraction that few people know about. 

This is the high rock of Paasonvuori near Lake Karmalanyarvi, where the settlement of Paaso is located — discovered in the XIX century by the Finnish archaeologist Otto Appelgren, the settlement of ancient Korels who lived here around the XII–XIII centuries. 

From the mountain you can see the overflow of the Helyulyjoki River flowing smoothly into Lake Karmalanyarvi. But it's useless to describe it, anyway, no words or photographs can convey the feelings that these amazing landscapes evoke.

• Visit to the Karelian Zoo — there are more than 500 animals and 120 birds in the zoo. 

Here you will also meet a nimble ferret, a sociable raccoon, a harsh bison, a lion and a camel. 

For children, there is a petting zoo on site, where dwarf sheep, fawns, Cameroonian goats, rabbits and Scottish ponies live.
