Initially, the contract and the invoice are issued with an additional payment for single accommodation, if there is a check-in, the cost of the tour is recalculated. 

For a man, check-in is extremely rare, for women it is more likely.

In connection with the entry into force of the new Rules for the provision of hotel services, in accordance with paragraph 18 of these rules, from 01.01.2021:

Check-in at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) provide notarized consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as certificates about the birth of these minors.

Check-in at the hotel of minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of legal representatives being near them, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the provision of notarized consent of legal representatives. 

An experienced tour guide accompanies tourists along the entire route, which is provided by the tour program. Our guide will meet you at the railway station on the day the tour starts and say goodbye at the railway station only on the day the tour ends. He is a tour guide and a group guide in one person. For all questions that arise during the tour, first of all, contact your guide. We always try to solve emerging situations promptly. At some tourist sites, excursions are conducted only by local licensed guides.

Meals on the routes are organized in cafes or restaurants (as a rule, complex). All catering facilities have the appropriate certificates and licenses. Sometimes, based on the conditions of the route, the food can be dry rations. Meals in a group sightseeing tour are ordered and paid in advance for the entire group, so if for some reason you do not eat with the group, compensation in monetary terms will not be made. Breakfasts in hotels and recreation centers in Karelia can be organized in the "buffet" or "complex" format. When booking a tour, pay attention to what type of breakfast is provided at the hotel.

If you are not allowed to eat certain foods for health reasons or personal beliefs, please provide this information in advance when booking a tour! If possible, we will take these features into account in the diet.

The tour program includes bus tours to various tourist sites. Some of them are located far from Petrozavodsk. For example, the distance to the Ruskeala Mountain Park is 260 km, to Sortavala – 250 km, to the Kivach Nature Reserve – 80 km. Be prepared for long journeys.Read the tour program carefully to understand if this route is suitable for you. The physical condition, the tolerance of bus crossings, and the age of the children (if you are traveling with children) are important. The quality of roads in Karelia has improved significantly in recent years, so moving is comfortable.

It is not recommended to drink alcoholic beverages before and during the tour. Tourists must follow the rules of personal safety, strictly follow the recommendations of the accompanying persons and not endanger their lives and the lives of others. During the trip, it is necessary to take care of the equipment of hotels and catering facilities, buses, trains, hovercrafts, as well as natural, historical and cultural monuments.
