Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival, trekking with dogs

    ~ 08:00 Meeting at Petrozavodsk railway station.

    If you arrive later than the start of the main group, then there is an opportunity to join at the moment where the group is located in Petrozavodsk. If the group is already in the eco-complex at the time of your arrival, it is possible to arrange a transfer for an additional fee.the fee.

    Transfer to the Polar Explorer's House (30 km).

    Breakfast.

    Briefing, acquaintance with the instructor, information on the program, safety instructions, equipment selection.

    Excursion to the kennel of northern sled dogs (3 breeds, 80 pets).

    Training in the care and management of dog sleds.

    Trekking with dogs.

    A picnic is a hot lunch over a campfire.

    Training dog riding on the track (radial trips).

    A hot dinner at the Polar Explorer's House.

The tour includes accommodation in a guest house. It is possible to organize overnight stays along the route in an Arctic tent and sleeping bags.

The cost of the tour for 1 person:

  • adult – 55,500 rubles.;
  • children under 12 years old, strictly accompanied by their parents 30,300 rubles.

When traveling with 1 person in a team, an additional payment to the program is 5,000 rubles / day.

The house has 6 rooms: double, quadruple, the rest are triple, two bathrooms and a shower cabin. 

Usually, guests who do not cook themselves, but prefer to eat from the kitchen, move in here. 

There is the administration of the tourist complex and a cozy fireplace room with a large TV and Wi-Fi.
