Day 1 - Petrozavodsk, Kindasovo
Meeting of trains No. 018, No. 092.
If you arrive earlier, wait for the arrival of the main group.
If you arrive later, transfer for an additional fee and program adjustment.
Breakfast in a cafe in the city.
Sightseeing tour of New Year's Petrozavodsk.
You will get acquainted with the capital of Karelia.
You will find out why Petrozavodsk was famous throughout the Russian Empire during the time of Catherine II, take a walk through the cozy center and see how successfully history and modernity combine in the appearance of the city.
We invite you to visit the amazing ancient Karelian village of Kindasovo.
The culture of the Karelian Luddiks and the peculiar Kindas humor are uniquely combined here.
Only here you can taste the ancient Karelian delicacy tönčöi, the taste of which you will never forget, treat yourself to real Karelian pies and fragrant tea with herbs!
You will hear the enchanting sounds of kantele and jouhikko, find out what eiga is, why Karel needs a big house and who is in charge of the village.
Return to Petrozavodsk.

Day 2 - Sled dog kennel, Kivach Waterfall
Breakfast in the hotel cafe.
Departure to the sled dog kennel for the "Breath of the North" program: a tour of the kennel, feeding deer, dog sledding 2.5 km.
At the end of the program, we warm up with tea in the gazebo "grilled cat" by a live fire.
The duration of the program is ~ 2 hours.
Departure to the famous Kivach waterfall.
Translated from Karelian, "Kivach" means "snowy mountain", translated from Finnish — "powerful".
In any case, this "powerful snow mountain" will not leave anyone indifferent.
At all times, poets have composed poems about the waterfall, artists come here for open-air performances, and how many photographers are attracted by the unique views of Kivach!
It is not for nothing that he is the hallmark of Karelia.

Day 3 - Free day or additional excursions

In your free time, you can visit additional excursions (order when booking a tour):
1. Excursion to the Ruskeala Mountain Park with lunch.
Ruskeala is perhaps the most famous and visited modern attraction in Karelia.
Marble has been mined here for centuries, and today it is a mountain park, in the center of which there is an amazing canyon with steep silver walls.
You will have a pleasant walk around the artificial lake, with stops at observation decks and a story about interesting facts from the history of the quarry and marble mining.
Return to Petrozavodsk (the duration of the tour is ~ 12 hours).
2. Excursion to Kizhi Island.
A bus tour from Petrozavodsk to the village of Velikaya Guba will introduce you to interesting facts from the history of the region, its traditions, nature and notable places of the Zaonezhye region.
From the village of Velikaya Guba, guests will be taken to Kizhi Island on hovercraft, where they will get acquainted with the ensemble of the Kizhi pogost: a sightseeing tour of the main exposition and acquaintance with the traditions of tea drinking in the Olonets province.
Return to Petrozavodsk (the duration of the tour is ~ 14 hours).
