Mount Sampo is a rocky hill on the western shore of the Conchaser.
The mountain offers a magnificent panorama of the forests and islands of Conchaser, stretching for 30 km.
Sampo Mountain is also considered a place of power. Standing on it, you can make the most cherished wish, and it will come true.
The first Russian resort "Marcial Waters", founded in 1719 by decree of Peter the Great on the basis of ferruginous mineral springs.
You can taste the healing water from three springs, visit the church of St. Peter the Apostle and learn a lot of interesting things in the museum of the resort.
The most famous plain waterfall in Europe is Kivach. You will have an interesting tour with an inspection of the three sites of the handsome waterfall, acquaintance with the famous Karelian birch and the nature museum.
The paleovolcano in Girvas village is a unique natural monument! By visiting this place, you will be able to get acquainted with one of the best preserved ancient volcanoes in Europe and plunge into the history of the formation of our "land of stones".
And then we will go to the husky kennel, where we will get acquainted with its main inhabitants — Siberian and Alaskan huskies. On the tour you will get to know them and learn about the world of sled racing.
The second part of the tour is a visit to tame reindeer. We will tell you interesting facts about their biology and content and treat them with their favorite delicacy — lichen yagel.
You can also take your own treats with you — apples, carrots, crackers.
