Excursion to the husky kennel.

One of the best husky kennels in Karelia is located here in Karjala Park. Each kennel dog has not only its own external features, but also its own character.

But they have one thing in common – they are truly beautiful, powerful and incredibly kind dogs. Their energy and friendliness are positive, stroking and hugging them is not only possible, but also necessary!

You will hear an interesting story from a kennel instructor about each resident of the kennel, learn the history of the breed, the specifics of breeding and maintenance.

Lunch with elements of Karelian cuisine.

Rafting on the picturesque Shuya River promises to be a real adventure for lovers of water travel. The route passes through a series of thresholds of the first and second difficulty categories, which add thrill and adrenaline to the blood.

However, the real test will be the "Big Crowd" threshold, which is estimated to range from the first to the third category of difficulty.

Overcoming this powerful section of the river will give you an incredible emotional boost and a sense of pride in your achievements.

Return to Petrozavodsk.

Visit to Sampo Mountain. The magical item Sampo brings happiness, strength and wealth to its owner.

The view from the top of the mountain is mesmerizing, filling the air with the mystery of century-old pine trees and creating an ideal place to stop. This place became famous thanks to the movie "Sampo", shot against the backdrop of magnificent landscapes.

Excursion to the oldest nature reserve "Kivach".

During the tour of the reserve, you will see the Kivach Waterfall from three viewing platforms. Visit the cozy "Museum of Nature" and find out why the famous Karelian birch is so appreciated. You will learn the beautiful legend of the waterfall.

Despite the fact that the waterfall has now lost its former power and strength, it still attracts thousands of tourists. People rush to the waterfall to submit to its enchanting beauty and become a mute witness to the centuries—old struggle between two elements - Water and Stone.

Lunch at a cafe.

Transfer and excursion to the ancient volcano Girvas.

The extinct Girvas volcano is rightfully considered the oldest attraction in Karelia — it is more than 2 billion years old. From the top of the volcano there are beautiful views of the sand dunes. Many famous films were shot in these picturesque places, including "And the dawns here are quiet."

Transfer and excursion to the unique natural site — White Mountain.

This is a quiet, incredibly picturesque and peaceful place where you will relax your soul and learn about the history of marble mining in Karelia, which dates back to the XVIII century. Marble was mined here in 7 types of pink-red shades!

You will be transported to the ancient ruins by self-propelled ferry across Lake Gizhozero. A walk through historical sites among marble blocks and high steep cliffs. And from the top of the park there is a magnificent panorama.

Return to Petrozavodsk.
