Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Sightseeing tours of Kostroma, cheese museum and festive revelry

10:40 Meeting at the railway station from Lastochka.

    Getting to know Kostroma.

The city's main square is the heart of Kostroma. Her calling card is the Susaninskaya Square, popularly called the "frying pan". Around the perimeter of the square are the most elegant and representative buildings of the late 19th century classicism era: the Borshchov house, the provincial offices, the guardhouse, the fire tower – the best fire tower in the Russian province is in the northern part of the square, and on the opposite side – on the site of the old auction – there are about 15 stone rows.

The largest are the Red Rows with the Church of the Savior built into them and the Large Flour Rows. And for the first time, a century later, the revived golden dome of the bell tower of the Assumption Cathedral of the former Kostroma Kremlin rises.

    14:00 Lunch.

15:00 Cheese Museum with the program "Cheese stories" with a tasting of Kostroma cheeses.

An extensive exposition on the world history of cheese making is presented in the ancient merchant's mansion of the end of the XVIII century (Reschikov house). Learn about cheese tales and traditions of different nations, cheese records and the most unusual varieties, have fun on an interactive tour and, most importantly, try real Kostroma cheeses - all this can be done in an unusual and unique Cheese Museum in Kostroma!

16:30 Departure to the hotel. Check-in. Free time.

19:00 Festive revelry on the territory of the park hotel.

Congratulations to the lovely women and have fun! Program, dancing, fish soup, kebabs, pickles, pies, hot drinks, tea.
