Majestic cliffs and passes with unusual names are waiting for you, swimming in a mountain lake at an altitude of 1,500 meters and evening conversations around a campfire.
You will climb Turtle Rock and see the famous Hanging Stone, which weighs more than 100 tons and stands on the edge of a precipice, and also visit perhaps the most beautiful view point of Ergaki Nature Park — Bird Pass.
Finish the tour with a day of relaxation, enjoying the silence of the taiga and swimming in the lakes. This is the perfect way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the wild nature!
You can not only enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscapes, but also refresh yourself in the crystal clear waters with views of the Bird and Star rocks.
Dragon's Tooth Viewing Room
You will enjoy a spectacular climb to the Piquant Pass, which offers stunning views of the Dragon's Tooth and the "blue lagoon" — Lake Zolotarny.
Ptitsa — korona Ergaki Pass
The observation deck is considered one of the most beautiful in the park. From a height of 2,050 meters, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Parabola Rock.
Itinerary
Day 1 -
Departure from Krasnoyarsk
Departure from Krasnoyarsk by comfortable tourist bus at 22:00.
The journey takes 9-10 hours, depending on the number of sanitary stops.
Overnight transfer allows you to arrive in Ergaki in the morning, get enough sleep on the road and immediately start the program without wasting a day.
Day 2 -
Getting to know Ergaki Park. Medvezhye Lake
In the morning we arrive in Ergaki and begin the transition to the Alptrek camping camp.
The distance to the camp is about 6 km, the travel time is 2.5–3 hours at a steady pace. If desired, you can order a drop—off service for personal items - the porter will deliver your backpack to the camp (the number of transfers is limited by the porters' physical capabilities).
Upon arrival, check into the campsite, explore the area and relax.
On the territory of the camp: full-height tents on pallets, mattresses, sleeping bags, electricity, sauna, toilet and access to a drinking stream.
After the rest, an excursion to Lake Medvezhye. This is one of the warmest and most recognizable Ergakov lakes, offering views of the Ptitsa and Zvezdny rocks. There will be time for walking, taking photos and swimming (optional).
In the evening, a group will meet around a campfire and a sauna with swimming in a mountain stream.
Meals: lunch, dinner.
Day 3 -
Lake Svetloye. Mount Vidovaya
In the morning, we move out of the campsite to Lake Svetly — the journey will take about 40 minutes, since the camp is located closer to the route.
Lake Svetloye is one of the main attractions of Ergak, with views of Ptitsa and Zvezdny.
After relaxing on the lake, the main ascent of the day is to Mount Vidovaya. This is an easy peak with panoramic views of the Zvezdny Rock, Zolotarny Lake and the surrounding ridges.
The walk to the top is about 1.5 kmone way from the lake. Part of the group can stay at Lake Svetly — there is an opportunity to walk, take photos or swim in the mountain water.
The whole route is very scenic and suitable for those who want to see the key types of Ergaks without complicated overloads.
Return to the camp after lunch. Free time.
An evening by the campfire and a sauna among the cedar forest!
Meals: breakfast, dinner. Lunch on the tour: suhpai/lunchbox.
Day 4 -
Ptitsa Pass. The route to the Parabola and Lake. Artists
After breakfast, we go out to one of the brightest and most impressive points of the whole tour — the Bird Pass. The height of the pass is 2050 meters, the climb from the campsite is about 550 m, the climbing time is 2.5-3 hours.
This is one of the most photogenic points of the entire route — travelers take the best pictures here.
The pass offers panoramas of the main locations of Ergaki Park: Parabola Rock, Dragon's Tooth, Mountain Spirits Lake, ridges and peaks of the central part of the massif.
After resting on the pass, the group splits up as desired: the main part begins the descent to the lake of Artists, the most prepared can additionally climb the Parabola rock — the route is technically accessible, but requires endurance.
After visiting the Lake of Artists and (if desired) climbing the Parabola, the group returns back to the Bird Pass, then to the campsite.
In the evening, it's already traditional to warm up in the sauna!
Meals: breakfast, dinner. Lunch on the tour: suhpai/lunchbox.

Day 5 -
Marble Waterfall and Jerboa Lake
After breakfast, we set off on the route to the Marble Waterfall, one of the most atmospheric places in the area. The road is simple, takes about 2.5 hourseach way, and is suitable for all levels of training.
First we go out to a powerful and beautiful waterfall (height 35 meters), located in a mountain gorge. From here, if desired, we continue climbing a little higher — to Lake Marmara, which is located above the waterfall.
This is a quiet, secluded place where not all groups reach. Many tourists say that they would like to stay here for the whole day — such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere by the lake.
At different times of the season, the route changes the mood: in June there are fields of bright lights (frying), in August there are a lot of ripe blueberries along the way.
From the observation points around the waterfall and lake, there is a beautiful view of the Bird, Molodezhny and Mirror rocks.
Return to the campsite after lunch. Free time.
Today is a day aimed at recuperation.
Meals: breakfast, dinner. Lunch on the tour: suhpai/lunchbox.

Day 6 -
Lake Karovoe, Hanging Stone, Sleeping Sayan
It's a busy day and one of the longest in the program — the total route is about 16 km.
In the morning we go out on the trail to the Hanging Stone. On the way, we climb Turtle Rock, which offers the best view of the Hanging Stone itself — a giant stone block weighing more than 100 tons, standing on the edge of the cliff and literally holding on to the minimum support area.
From the viewing points, you can also see: Sleeping Sayan, Molodezhny Peak, Teachers Peak.
After the photopause, we continue the route to Lake Karovo, a compact, transparent mountain lake. In warm weather, the bravest can swim.
Our way back and forth runs through the Jerboa Pass, where the famous medicinal herb Sagaan Dal grows, a plant that has traditionally been used in local medicine to increase strength and endurance. But mostly it's brewed into tea.
The route is long, but well marked and passes through a variety of landscapes.
Return to the camp in the evening.
The program includes a sauna and campfire songs.
Meals: breakfast, dinner. Lunch on the tour: suhpai/lunchbox.

Day 7 -
Zolotarny Lake. Dragon's Tooth Viewing Room
Today we are following the route that starts at the same place as the ascent to Lake Svetly on the 3rd day of the program.
First we climb the pass above the lake, then we descend into the valley of Lake Zolotarny — it is often called the "blue lagoon" Ergak for the rich turquoise color of the water.
We continue along the lake shore to the Piquant pass. It offers panoramic views of the Dragon's Tooth, Tsvetnye Lakes, Sphinx Rock, and other ridges in the central part of Ergak.
For those who wish, there is an additional ascent to the "Dinosaur's head" viewing point. This is the peak above the Dragon's Tooth Cliff, from which the whole area is visible in the palm of your hand.
The climb is optional, but very spectacular. The route is of medium difficulty, with a lot of photo points and beautiful landscapes.
Return to the camp in the evening. The program includes a sauna and a delicious dinner.
Meals: breakfast, dinner. Lunch on the tour: suhpai/lunchbox.
Day 8 -
Reserve day / rest day
The tour program includes a reserve day — this is standard practice for Ergaks (who appreciate the impression of their tourists).
The weather in the mountains changes quickly, and sometimes heavy rains or heavy clouds do not allow you to safely complete one of the routes. Therefore, this day is used to complete a rescheduled tour if something could not be done earlier due to the weather.
If the group has completed all the routes according to the plan in the previous days, Day 8 becomes a full day of rest.
This is not an "empty day" — on the contrary, it is an opportunity to recover before the final transition, enjoy the atmosphere of the camp, walk around the neighborhood, arrange an easy trek to the nearest lakes, swim in a mountain stream, visit a sauna, take photos, enjoy the silence and nature without haste.
Meals: breakfast, dinner. Lunch on the tour: suhpai/lunchbox.
Day 9 -
Return to Krasnoyarsk
After breakfast, we assemble the camp and begin the transition back to the highway — about 6 km at a calm pace.
On the road, the group is met by a transport on which we are going to Krasnoyarsk. The estimated time of arrival is around 22:00.
It is important to take into account the traffic situation: traffic jams often form at the entrance to the city due to the flow of cars returning from the lakes and from Khakassia. Therefore, the bus sometimes arrives in Krasnoyarsk later — closer to midnight.
We recommend purchasing train and plane tickets the next day to avoid the risk of being late.
Meals: breakfast.

Is insurance included in the price of the tour?
Insurance is included in the price of the tour. You can purchase additional travel insurance on the website of a Large Country without commission directly from insurance companies.
Why rubber boots?
The Ergaki area has very humid air and taiga soil. After the rain, rivers, lakes rise, and paths turn into a muddy mess for a moment. Rubber boots are ideal shoes for Ergaks. But now there is an excellent solution – shoe covers cost from 100 rubles to 400 rubles (they are worn over your favorite shoes) – and you feel comfortable enough in wet weather.
Are there ticks? And what other insects can there be?
In principle, there are no ticks in Ergaks. They can't survive here because of the humid climate and altitude. But as the snow begins to melt, mosquitoes and gadflies wake up – this is the middle or end of June. Then their activity abruptly decreases and it becomes much more comfortable.
What is the weather like in Ergaki?
The climate of the area is sharply continental. From the word "very harsh". For every half hour, the weather can instantly change from clear and sunny to stormy and cool. It happens in July and hail falls. But in general, the weather is usually dry and hot until the end of June.
In July, it rains with varying duration almost every day. Dry days prevail until mid-August. At the end of August, it may start to rain and even snow. But in recent years, this period of time (the end of August) has seen the sunniest, driest, and most pleasant days.
The average daytime temperature is +22C. The average temperature at night is +9C.
Are plane tickets included in the price of the tour?
Air and railway tickets are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.
