Peterhof is beautiful! His whole appearance was intended to demonstrate the power of Russia and its superiority over other countries. 

You will visit the Grand Imperial Palace, the world—famous architectural symbol of Peter the Great's victories in the Baltic Sea. 

Next, you will have a tour of the Lower Park, which is located on the southern shore of the Gulf of Finland, and its architecture repeats the Versailles country residence of Louis XIV. You will find detailed coverage of the history of the creation of the symbol of Peterhof — fountains (there are about 150 of them in total). 

We have provided free time for you to walk around the wonderful Lower Park on your own, admire the enchanting view of the Gulf of Finland, the most beautiful sculptural groups and the well-groomed landscape.

It was from the platform of the Vitebsk railway station that the first train with the locomotive "Nimble" headed by the passenger of which was Emperor Nicholas I.
