From 9:00 before departure for the program, a representative of the company with a sign “Excursion Petersburg” will meet you in the hotel lobby.

He will answer all your questions, provide updated tour programs and offer additional excursions that you can purchase if you wish.

Guaranteed hotel accommodation after 14:00. You can leave your belongings free of charge in the hotel's luggage room.

    Important information:

    • tourists staying in the hotels "Moscow", "Azimut", "Ye's Marata Center" go on excursions from the hotel;
    • tourists staying at the “A Hotel Fontanka” hotel come to the “Azimut Hotel St. Petersburg” hotel (a nearby building) for a meeting and departure for excursions;
    • tourists staying at the Apart-Hotel Yard Residence come to the Moscow Hotel (Alexander Nevsky Square, 2) for a meeting and departure for excursions - 5 minutes on foot.

13:00 Departure from the hotel by bus.

Bus sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg.

What could be more beautiful than St. Petersburg? The solemn beauty of the majestic Neva, small rivers and canals, numerous bridges connecting the islands, a magnificent panorama of the Spit of Vasilyevsky Island, palaces, cathedrals, squares - all this creates a unique image of Northern Venice.

During the sightseeing tour you will see not only the main architectural masterpieces of St. Petersburg, but also visit Hare Island, where Peter the Great founded the fortress that laid the foundation for St. Petersburg.

Excursion around the territory of the Peter and Paul Fortress.

The Peter and Paul Fortress is the “heart” of the city, the place from which the history of St. Petersburg began. You will see a “city within a city” - typical buildings of Peter the Great’s time, the operating enterprise “Mint”, where commemorative coins, orders and medals are minted to this day. You will visit the Peter and Paul Cathedral, where the burials of Russian emperors and empresses, as well as grand dukes and princesses, are preserved.

Excursion to the Peter and Paul Cathedral.

For a long time, the Peter and Paul Cathedral was a monument to the glory of Russian weapons. Captured banners and keys to cities and fortresses captured by Russian troops were kept here for two centuries. At the beginning of the 20th century, these relics were transferred to the Hermitage. Now the cathedral displays copies of Swedish and Turkish banners.

Visit to the Trubetskoy Bastion prison.

During the excursion you will also visit the famous “Russian Bastille” - the Trubetskoy Bastion prison, where many famous Russian political figures were kept.

Radio guides will be provided for your comfort.

Place of completion of the program: hotel.

    Program duration: ~ 6 hours.

  • Day 2 — Bus excursion to Peterhof

    Breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby.

Bus excursion to Peterhof “Water reigns in the sparkling light...”.

An excursion on the road to Peterhof introduces you to the picturesque landscape of the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland, the preserved estates of the St. Petersburg nobility and the history of the road, specially built for a comfortable journey from St. Petersburg to Peterhof.

Excursion to the Peterhof Fountain Park.

The lower park has an area of 102 hectares and stretches for more than 2 kilometers along the shore of the Gulf of Finland. Incredible efforts were required to transform the deserted marshy shore of the Gulf of Finland into a luxurious park with fountains and cascades. Moreover, all the work was done by hand - tons of fertile soil were brought in, ornamental trees and shrubs were planted, which were able to take root in the cold northern climate. Peterhof is the capital of fountains, a magical garden with a palace crowned with a golden vase standing on the roof. In terms of pomp and richness of design, Peterhof surpassed its prototype, the French Versailles, and became the most striking palace ensemble in Europe.

    Where to have lunch?

After the excursion, you will have 1.5-2 hours of free time to walk around the park on your own and have a snack. There are fast food outlets in the park, as well as the Standart cafe, where the cost of a set lunch is 700-1500 rubles per person. If you want to save money, we recommend taking drinks and snacks with you and having a picnic on the shore of the Gulf of Finland.

Place of completion of the program: hotel.

    Program duration: ~ 7 hours.

  • Day 3 — Bus excursion to Tsarskoe Selo

    Breakfast at the hotel.

10:00 Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby.

Bus excursion to Tsarskoe Selo “Country Imperial Residences”.

The city is located 25 km from St. Petersburg - about an hour's drive. You will drive along the old Tsarskoye Selo road and learn how to travel in Russia before the advent of highways and railways. The luxurious and unique Catherine Palace brought particular fame to Tsarskoe Selo. This is where you will visit.

Excursion to the Catherine Palace with the Amber Room.

Guests of Tsarskoye Selo are amazed by the fantastic luxury of the decoration of the Catherine Palace. One of the halls of Rastrelli's Golden Enfilade is the famous Amber Room, stolen by the invaders during the Great Patriotic War and recreated by St. Petersburg restorers, whose work you can appreciate during a tour of the Catherine Palace.

    Walk through Catherine Park.

After the tour of the palace, you will have 1.5-2 hours of free time to independently walk through the magnificent park surrounding the palace. It is decorated with exquisite pavilions, bizarrely shaped ponds and numerous monuments in honor of the victories of Russian weapons during the Russian-Turkish wars.

    Where to have lunch?

There are no full-fledged food outlets within the park, only outside it. Therefore, we recommend taking drinks and snacks with you and having a picnic while walking through Catherine Park.

Place of completion of the program: hotel.

    Program duration: ~ 6 hours.

You will see monuments to great naval commanders, sea harbors where military campaigns, scientific expeditions and circumnavigations began.

Visit to St. Nicholas Naval Cathedral.

This is the first and largest park in Russia dedicated to the navy. On an area of 9 hectares there are several thematic sites. Boat trip around the forts of Kronstadt.

A boat trip will be a great addition to an excursion to Kronstadt. You will walk along the main Kronstadt roadstead, see the fortresses that were built right in the water on artificial foundations near the island of Kotlin, and breathe in the sea, but unsalted air of the Gulf of Finland!

Place of completion of the program: hotel.

    Program duration: ~ 9 hours.

  • Day 7 — Immersive excursion “In the footsteps of St. Petersburg heroes”

    Breakfast at the hotel.

10:00 Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby.

Immersive excursion “In the footsteps of St. Petersburg heroes”.

Perhaps the most unusual and vibrant excursion in our collection, the likes of which have no analogues in St. Petersburg yet!

This is an amazing symbiosis of a bus journey through the historical center of St. Petersburg with a promenade performance in four acts in the stunning and unique scenery of the City.

The guide's dynamic and fascinating story about the most famous, real and fictional, St. Petersburg heroes is organically complemented by the magnificent performances of actors from St. Petersburg theaters right in the city squares and streets.

Have you ever seen monuments come to life? Or maybe you were knighted, and the imperial people shared their deepest secrets with you? Not yet? Then St. Petersburg Heroes, real and fictional (by the way, these are not always people!) are already waiting to meet you!

Place of completion of the program: city center.

    Program duration: ~ 2 hours.

  • Day 8 — Bus tour “Masterpieces of Northern Palmyra”. Russian Museum. Boat trip along rivers and canals

    Breakfast at the hotel.

10:00 Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby.

Bus tour “Masterpieces of Northern Palmyra”.

The palaces and mansions of the St. Petersburg nobility will appear before you not only as cultural monuments, but also as places where the arbiters of the destinies of the Russian State were born, lived and died. This is where their private life took place, and this is where the grandiose canvas of Russian History was created. You will visit the palace of Grand Duke Mikhail Pavlovich, where, by decree of Emperor Nicholas II, a museum of Russian art was founded, now known throughout the world as the Russian Museum.

    Excursion to the Russian Museum.

The State Russian Museum is the world's largest collection of Russian fine art. The museum's collections number about 400:000 exhibits. They present works of all main trends and schools of Russian fine art, all its types and genres from the 10th to the 20th centuries. Place where the program ends: pier (nearest metro station “Admiralteyskaya”).

    Program duration: ~4,5 hours

  • Day 9 — Bus excursion to Pavlovsk

    Breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby.

    Bus excursion to Pavlovsk.

In the necklace of suburban palace and park ensembles, Pavlovsk is the youngest. Its history began in 1777, when a palace was built on the high bank of the Slavyanka River and a luxurious park was established, which became one of the best landscape parks in Europe. Unlike the official residences of Tsarskoe Selo and Peterhof, Pavlovsk was the private property of Empress Maria Feodorovna and her heirs. This explains the special, intimate, cozy atmosphere of the magnificent Pavlovsk Palace.

    Excursion to the Pavlovsk Palace.

The Pavlovsk Palace captivates absolutely everyone with its harmony and grace. Located surrounded by a magnificent park in the valley of the picturesque Slavyanka River, it embodies all the originality of Russian and European artistic culture of the 18th century. The Kunstkamera is the first public museum in Russia, the creation of a unique collection of which was initiated by Emperor Peter I himself.
