Bus sightseeing tour. Granite rim of rivers and channels, golden glow of spires and domes, stone decoration of palaces and temples… What could be more beautiful! The sightseeing tour will take you through the most beautiful corners of St. Petersburg.
You will drive along Tsareva Perspektiva, the famous Nevsky Prospekt, and admire the magnificent embankments of the Neva River.
You will be introduced to the two main squares of the city – the Senate Square, where the Bronze Horseman reared his horse and stretched out his hand over his city, and St. Isaac's Square, named after the towering cathedral.
And from the Arrow of Vasilyevsky Island you will see a magnificent panorama of the city, the pearls of which are the numerous imperial and grand ducal palaces.
Excursion to the Mansion of A. A. Polovtsov. The mansion is located in the very center of St. Petersburg, not far from St. Isaac's Cathedral.
The building impresses with the contrast between the simple classical facade facing Bolshaya Morskaya Street and the luxury of the interior interiors made in different styles.
Despite the difficult 20th century, the house has mostly preserved its historical decoration. Subsequently, the Architect's House was located in the palace.
During the tour, you will be able to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of grandeur and luxury, so characteristic of imperial times, admire the magnificent interiors, hear a story about the fate of the creators and inhabitants of the palace, as well as learn about its present day.
New Holland Island Tour. As a result of the renovation of the historical territory of the island of New Holland, today this place has become a real center of modern culture, a lively event venue where film screenings, concerts, exhibitions and festivals take place.
During a walk around the island, the guide will tell you about the history of New Holland, dating back to the time of Peter the Great, about the architectural features of its buildings, about the renovation that turned the half-abandoned historical quarter into one of the most fashionable places in modern St. Petersburg.
The program ends at the Azimut Hotel (~19:30) and Oktyabrskaya Hotel (~20:00).

Bus tour to Strelna "To visit the President"*. Strelna is a small settlement on the southern shore of the Gulf of Finland, which is reached by an ancient road built by Peter the Great at the beginning of the XVIII century.
Driving along the "road among manors", you will feel the flavor of bygone eras. You will find out why, already during the construction of the magnificent park with fountains, the emperor had to move to another place and why two palaces for one king appeared in Strelna at once.
Excursion to the Konstantinovsky Palace. The tour route passes through the suite of state halls and living rooms of the palace with a visit to the official apartments of the President of the Russian Federation and meeting rooms in an informal setting.
The tour will allow you to get a complete picture of the history of the palace and park ensemble and its modern function as the "Palace of Congresses".

Bus tour "New Geography of St. Petersburg". You will see modern St. Petersburg – those buildings and cultural spaces that appeared in our city not so long ago, but have already gained popularity among the residents of the city and have become real places of attraction for many of its guests.
You will travel to a modern area of the city called "Petersburg Dubai". You will drive along the modern urban expressway – ZSD, which offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Finland.
You will admire the spaceship-like Gazprom Arena stadium, which hosted the Champions Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
And, of course, you will see the tallest skyscraper in Europe, the new high–rise dominant of our city - the Lakhta Center!
Located right on the shore of the bay, the skyscraper has become a point of application for more than 100 innovative engineering and architectural solutions, a symbol of new St. Petersburg, shaping its modern landscape.
Guided tour and ascent to the observation deck of the Lakhta Center. The long-awaited premiere.
Lakhta Center is a modern 87-storey skyscraper 462 meters high on the shore of the Gulf of Finland.
You will learn about the construction of the complex and the innovative technologies used in the construction of the tower.
During the audio tour, you will go up to the observation deck located on the 83rd floor. From a height of 365 meters, there is a fantastic panorama of the Gulf of Finland, Gazprom Arena and the city's urban areas.
At the end of the program, a bus will take everyone to the Begovaya metro station (the closest to the end of the program).
The place of the end of the program: Begovaya metro station, independent return to the hotel.

The largest water park in Russia, Peterland, is located within walking distance from the Lakhta Center. A large aqua zone with a ship layout, various slides and a spa complex will not leave either adults or children indifferent.

Day 4 - Thursday. Bus tour to Kronstadt and Peterhof

Bus tour to Kronstadt and Peterhof. The tour will introduce you to two suburbs that arose together with St. Petersburg at the beginning of the XVIII century at the behest of Tsar Peter.
These are the former imperial country residence Peterhof, known all over the world for its numerous fountains, and the fortress city of Kronstadt, which can rightfully be considered the cradle of the Russian Navy.
Excursion to the Museum of Naval Glory of Russia. This is a new innovative museum complex in Kronstadt. Various simulators of ships and submarines, planes and helicopters of naval aviation are presented in the halls.
The immersive format makes it easy for every guest of the museum to get acquainted with the exposition, the main exhibit is the legendary first Soviet nuclear submarine K-3 Leninsky Komsomol (external inspection).
Visit to the museum and historical park "Island of Forts". This is Russia's first and largest park dedicated to the Navy. There are several themed venues on an area of 9 hectares.
You can stroll along the Alley of Heroes of the Russian Fleet, which tells about more than three centuries of its history, and explore the lighthouse of memory with 200 names of heroic sailors, from the era of Peter the Great to the present day.
Free time in the park (lunch on your own).
Visit to St. Nicholas Naval Cathedral. St. Nicholas Cathedral in Kronstadt, consecrated in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, is Russia's main naval temple.
It was built in the early 20th century as a memorial temple to all the sailors who died for the Fatherland. The unique interior and preserved marine relics will not leave you indifferent.
Transfer to Peterhof.
Peterhof Fountain Park tour. Peterhof is one of the most beautiful suburbs of St. Petersburg, where the first ceremonial country residence appeared at the beginning of the 18th century. Fountains, cascades and small palaces of the Lower Park became the main decoration of Peterhof.
An excursion to Peterhof introduces you to the history and sights of the imperial residence.
You will take a walk through the Lower Park, built in the early 18th century in the style of French regular gardens with intricately decorated lawns, white marble and bronze gilded sculptures, powerful water jets of numerous fountains and cascades.
Free time in the park ~ 1 hour.

Day 5 - Friday. The Other Hermitage Tour

09:30 Viewing of the VR movie "Hermitage. Immersion in history." The screening takes place in the equipped hall of the Oktyabrskaya hotel.
VR movies are not entertainment, but art. This is Russia's first VR film tour of the museum, which will be conducted by actor Konstantin Khabensky.
Together with the guide, the viewer will not only be able to visit the secret places of the museum, but also become a participant in the most important historical events in the life of the Hermitage. Currently, only our company in the city has a license to show this film.
Bus tour "The Other Hermitage". The collection of the State Hermitage Museum has about 3 million exhibits. Traditionally, the main building of the Hermitage is a mandatory point of the excursion program.
At the same time, not all the most interesting masterpieces are on display in the Main Building of the museum, the Hermitage has branches that "own" authentic treasures! It is in them that you will visit today.
Excursion to the Hermitage's storehouse "Staraya Derevnya Shopping Center". You will have a truly unique opportunity to look into the "holy of holies" of the Hermitage collection: You will see things that have been stored in storerooms for many years and have only recently become available to the public.
During the tour of the Hermitage's storage facility, you will admire the most spectacular outdoor storage facilities, among which the luxurious Costume Gallery and the Carriage House with samples of ceremonial imperial carriages stand out.
As well as a collection of Western European and Russian furniture, oriental textiles with a grandiose Turkish tent of the XVIII century, sculpture, painting, icons and much more.
Art mediation at the Hermitage Headquarters. The format of Art mediation is a "new word" in the life of Russian museums. Such excursions involve the audience in a dialogue with the curator of the museum and with the works of art, offering active cognition instead of passive perception.
You will find one of the best collections of Impressionist, post-Impressionist, Fauvist, Cubist artists in the world, from Renoir to Matisse and from Monet to Picasso, which is stored in the Headquarters Building.
You will find a new interactive program "Art Mediation" on the exhibition of French modernist art, during which you and your guide-mediator will try to understand why the works of Monet, Degas, Cezanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh and Matisse caused scandals and were perceived as a revolution in the world of painting and art of the early 20th century.

The route of our walking tour will continue in the quarters of old Petersburg. The famous St. Petersburg courtyards and unusual front doors with antique windows, wrought-iron stairs and luxurious stucco await you.
You will find out which houses in St. Petersburg were called profitable, when they appeared, and who inhabited them, how ordinary citizens and famous writers of old Petersburg-Petrograd-Leningrad lived.
You will walk through the secret corners, see St. Petersburg through the eyes of its inhabitants and look into the famous city front door with the unofficial name "Chamomile".

A walk through Elaginoostrovsky Park (without guided tours).
The park on Elagin Island is a place where residents and visitors of the city can experience moments of merging with nature, being in the center of a huge metropolis. Here they rollerblade, feed squirrels, ducks and swans, attend musical evenings and just walk along the wonderful alleys.
The most beautiful city festivals are also held here: the tulip Festival, the international street theater festival, and the craft festival. You will stroll through the historical landscape park, and perhaps recharge with the special energy of this creative space.
Yelaginoostrovsky Palace tour. You will visit the Yelaginoostrovsky Palace, which has reopened its doors after restoration, located in the eastern highest part of the island.
The interiors of the palace combined the grandeur and sophistication of the imperial residence and were not altered during the 19th century. Until now, they are rightfully considered one of the best monuments of the Empire era in Russia.

Oktyabrskaya Hotel

Oktyabrskaya Hotel is located on Ligovsky Prospekt 10 in St. Petersburg, next to Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station. The convenient location allows guests to quickly reach the main attractions. This hotel is considered the oldest in the city and is of special historical value.
