Day 1 - Bus sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg. Boat trip
You arrive at the hotel on your own.
A shuttle service to the hotel is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance. Private transfer from the train station/ airport (from 2400 RUB/car).
Guaranteed hotel accommodation after 14:00/15:00.
You can leave your belongings free of charge in the luggage room of the hotel.
From 12:00 to 14:30 before departure for the program, a representative of the company with a sign “About Petersburg” will meet you in the lobby of the hotel. You can approach at any convenient time in this interval.
He will answer all your questions, provide updated tour programs and offer additional excursions that you can purchase at will.

Bus sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg. We invite you to take a bus sightseeing tour of the city. The tour will introduce you to the history of St. Petersburg from its foundation to the present day.
You will admire the magnificent architectural ensembles of the city's ceremonial center – the Vasilyevsky Island Arrow, the Palace and Trinity Squares, the Smolny Monastery ensemble, and Nevsky Prospekt.
You will see the Peter and Paul Fortress, the Field of Mars, the Menshikov Palace, the Admiralty, the Kunstkamera, the “Bronze Horseman".
The special charm of the city is given by its location among numerous rivers and canals.
Embankments and palaces, squares and avenues, bridges, lanterns and bars not only decorate the city, but also witness many historical events and personal dramas.
All the most important and interesting, the most beautiful and famous things are waiting for you in St. Petersburg.
A trip on the double-decked motor ship Parade Petersburg with access to the Gulf of Finland. You will admire not only the sights of the front Neva, but also new views of the city – Lakhta Center, Gazprom Arena.
You can take amazing photos from the open deck.
There is a restaurant on board the ship where you can enjoy original dishes and drinks (on your own for an additional fee).

Day 2 - Tsarskoe Selo Bus Tour

10:00 Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby.
Bus tour to Tsarskoye Selo “Suburban imperial residences". The city is located 25 km from St. Petersburg, about an hour's drive away.
You will drive along the old Tsarskoye Selo road and learn how you traveled in Russia before the advent of highways and railways.
The magnificent and unique Catherine Palace brought special fame to Tsarskoye Selo. This is where you will visit.
Excursion to the Catherine Palace with the Amber Room. Guests of Tsarskoye Selo are stunned by the fantastic luxury of the Catherine Palace.
One of the halls of Rastrelli's Golden Suite is the famous Amber Room, stolen by the invaders during the Great Patriotic War and recreated by St. Petersburg restorers, whose work you can appreciate during a tour of the Catherine Palace.
A walk through the Catherine Park. After the tour of the palace, you will have 1.5-2 hours of free time to walk around the magnificent park surrounding the palace on your own.
Russian Russian Museum is decorated with exquisite pavilions, bizarrely shaped ponds and numerous monuments in honor of the victories of Russian weapons during the Russo-Turkish wars.
Where to have lunch? There are no full-fledged food outlets on the territory of the park, only outside it. Therefore, we recommend taking drinks and snacks with you and having a picnic while walking in Catherine Park.

Day 3 - Bus tour to Peterhof. Attending a holiday rehearsal “Scarlet Sails”

Bus tour to Peterhof “There are fountains shining with silver...”. The tour will give you an unforgettable encounter with one of the most famous suburban imperial residences.
The road that will lead us to Peterhof still cherishes the traces of bygone centuries. The preserved monuments and manors recreate the atmosphere of rural life in Russia at the end of the XIX – beginning of the XX century.
Peterhof Fountain Park tour. The Lower park has an area of 102 hectares and stretches for more than 2 kilometers along the shore of the Gulf of Finland.
It took incredible efforts to turn the deserted swampy shore of the Gulf of Finland into a luxurious park with fountains and cascades.
Moreover, all the work was done manually – tons of fertile land were imported, ornamental trees and shrubs were planted, which were able to take root in the cold northern climate.
Peterhof is the capital of fountains, a magical garden with a palace topped by a golden vase standing on the roof. Its base is the Grand Cascade, an incredible aquatic extravaganza with fountains and sculptures.
The jet of the most famous fountain “Samson” rises to the height of a seven-story building. In terms of splendor and richness of decoration, Peterhof surpassed its prototype, the French Versailles, and became the most striking palace ensemble in Europe.
Free time.
Where to have lunch? You will have 2 hours of free time to walk around the park and have a snack on your own.
There are fast food outlets on the territory of the park, as well as the Standart cafe (the average receipt is at least 1,500 rubles per person, and also set the time to wait for ready meals for at least half an hour).
If you want to save money, we recommend taking drinks and snacks with you and having a picnic on the shore of the Gulf of Finland.
Dinner at the cafe. Return to St. Petersburg.
20:30 Visit to the holiday rehearsal “Scarlet sails”. The best time to admire the beautiful sailboat is to attend the dress rehearsal. This is a unique opportunity to see the ship up close and take beautiful photos.
If the organizers of the celebration reschedule the rehearsal (for example, on Friday), the evening trip to the rehearsal will also be postponed.

Day 4 - Bus tour “Petrovsky Petersburg". Independent visit to the holiday “Scarlet Sails”

Petrovsky Petersburg bus tour. The tour is dedicated to the first decades of St. Petersburg's existence and allows you to experience the idea of Tsar Peter I - to found a new European city in a swamp.
Guided tour of the Peter and Paul Fortress. The Peter and Paul Fortress, the first building in St. Petersburg, was built during the Northern War with Sweden, which Russia fought to regain access to the Baltic Sea coast.
The day of its foundation on May 16 (27), 1703 is considered the founding day of the city. Peter the Great named the new fort St. Petersburg. The same name was given to the city, which was rapidly growing beyond the fortress walls.
The Peter and Paul Fortress is a unique military, historical and architectural monument, whose fate is closely intertwined with the fate of the whole of Russia.
Excursion to St. Isaac's Cathedral. St. Isaac's Cathedral is a masterpiece of world architecture – it is the fourth largest church building in the world.
During the tour, you will learn why it was built four times and why it is so closely associated with the name of the founder of our city, Emperor Peter I.
The magnificent interior of the cathedral is amazing – a spectacular combination of gilding, colored glass, lapis lazuli and malachite, paintings and mosaics by famous artists, statues and sculptural groups.
The cathedral was rebuilt, closed, and its columns were scarred by Nazi shells. But the swarthy gold of its domes still shines in the St. Petersburg sky.
The colonnade of St. Isaac's Cathedral, located at the height of a 15-storey building, offers an amazing panorama of St. Petersburg (an entrance ticket can be purchased additionally at the cathedral's ticket offices).
The place of the end of the program: St. Isaac's Cathedral (the nearest metro station is Admiralteiskaya).

Independent visit to the holiday “Scarlet sails”.
Important: the passage to the Palace Embankment will be blocked. Attendance of the concert on the Palace Square is carried out only by invitation cards for school graduates.
We do not recommend purchasing tickets online or by hand. Residents and guests of the city can be accommodated on Admiralteyskaya, Universitetskaya and Kutuzov embankment, from where they can watch the passage of a sailboat and fireworks in the crowd.
We also do not recommend buying tickets online to view the holiday from the roof or side of the ship, as the sailboat will not be visible.

I enjoyed everything: the stunning fountains of Peterhof, Gatchina, Tsarskoye Selo, and the sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg—both by bus and by boat to the Gulf of Finland. The bus was punctual and air-conditioned. There was plenty of free time to explore the parks at a comfortable pace.
