The expedition to the Magadan region is a touch to many milestones of Russian history.

This is both the domestic "gold rush", thanks to which the city was born, and the dark pages associated with the infamous GULAG camp. And, of course, the magical and harsh northern nature, which always remains in the heart.

In 2025, the tour will be conducted only for ready-made groups. The national team is planned for 2026.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Magadan, the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk
Arrival in Magadan.
Check-in (accommodation and meals in Magadan are not included in the price of the tour).
A walk through the city along the shore of the Sea of Okhotsk.
At 18.00, a meeting with a group on the embankment, a walk to the mammoth, and an introduction.
Day 2 - Berry
The road to Yagodnoye (500 km) and on a shift trip to Jack London Lake (70 km).
A snack of dry rations on the way.
We're setting up camp.
A hot dinner.
Overnight at the camp.
Day 3 - Dancing Grayling Lake
Breakfast.
Light radial access to Dancing Grayling Lake, the Bayou of Options and ascent to the plateau with lakes Mechta, Anemone and Gray Gull (16 km).
Lunch on the way to suh pai.
Return to the camp.
Supper.
An evening by the campfire.
Fishing for those who wish.
Day 4 - Bay of Biologists
Breakfast.
Hiking trip to Biologov Bay with backpacks (4 km).
We're setting up camp.
Walking around the neighborhood.
If possible, a sauna.
On this day, a hot lunch and dinner.
Day 5 - Lake of Invisibility
Breakfast.
Ferry with equipment to the valley of the Unknown stream (6 km on foot with backpacks).
Climb up the stream to Lake Invisible.
We're setting up camp.
Lunch.
A walk around the neighborhood.
Supper.
Day 6 - Radial exit to the foot of the Aborigine
Breakfast.
The radial exit to the foot of the Aborigine is 18 km along the stream.
Lunch is a dry meal.
There are beautiful lakes along the way.
A hot dinner.
Day 7 - Purga River Valley
Breakfast.
Descent to Jack London Lake.
Motor boat crossing to the valley of the Purga River.
Lunch.
We're setting up camp.
Walking in the valley, fishing.
Supper.
Day 8 - Climbing an unnamed peak
Breakfast.
Radial output.
Climb to an unnamed peak nearby, with views of the mountains, valley and turquoise river (16 km) and both lakes.
The view is magnificent.
Lunch at the top of Suh pai.
Dinner in the evening.
Day 9 - Jack London Lake
Breakfast.
Transfer 5 km to the finish point at the Jack London Lake parking lot.
Extreme evening on the lake.
Lunch.
A walk around the neighborhood.
Radial exit for 6 km for those who want to go to the lakes on the plateau.
Supper.
An evening by the campfire.
Day 10 - The road to Magadan
Ejection from Lake Jack London on shift in the village of Yagodnoye 70 km along the Kolyma Highlands.
It's a very beautiful road.

Late arrival in the city.
Hotel accommodation (book in advance by yourself, not included in the price).
Day 11 - Spare day
A spare day for bad weather.
The Debin River, which we cross on shift, can rise very strongly during rains and snow, and we have to wait several days until the level subsides.
