• guided tour of the winery;

It is here, at the Abrau-Durso wine tourism center, that you will witness the process of the birth of sparkling wine and learn what the mysterious French words "Cuvee", "Remuage", "Degorgage" mean and what is the difference between the classic production method and Charmat, get acquainted with modern production. 

During the tour, you will learn the history of the Abrau-Durso factory, get into the ancient tunnels built at the end of the XIX century under Alexander II, and also learn about the secrets of making quiet wines.
