During the trip, the travel agency insures tourists from an accident at the Energogarant insurance company. 

An accident is defined as a sudden, unforeseen event that actually occurred on the route, resulting in a health disorder or death of a tourist (mechanical injuries, burns, accidental poisoning with poisonous plants, tick-borne encephalitis, drowning, etc.). 

The amount of insurance compensation depends on the diagnosis and is expressed as a percentage of the maximum coverage – 50,000 rubles. 

In the event of an accident, the tourist applies to the nearest medical facility. 

Upon returning to the place of permanent residence, the insured applies to Energogarant and provides the following documents: an application, an insurance claim signed by a travel agency, a certificate from a medical institution.

Our region is not dangerous! We think so! But what do the guests need to know?

First of all, if you are planning a trip to the Ussuri taiga, you should know that we have encephalitic ticks. 

The most dangerous period is May–June, then the ticks are on the wane, in August-October they are practically absent. Also, ticks do not live on the coast and on the islands. But there are always "lucky" tourists who find them everywhere! Therefore, it is better to prepare for a visit to the taiga. If there are no contraindications, get vaccinated against tick–borne encephalitis. But this requirement is not necessary – at your own risk. 

How to dress? 

Your clothes should have as few exposed areas as possible. T-shirts with long sleeves, trousers, not shorts. Cuffs or an elastic band are desirable below the clothes, T-shirts are tucked into trousers. The clothes are smooth, without fluff or lint. Trousers can be tucked into socks. We must not allow the tick to cling to your clothes. As a rule, this little bug crawls on your clothes for 30-40 minutes before biting you, looking for a "delicious tender place." Therefore, in the taiga, you need to look around every 40 minutes and remove ticks from clothes. Where should I put them? They just took it off and threw it away from them, into the bushes, not at the neighbor.... We tie a headscarf on your head so that your hair is completely removed. Avoid tall grass, bushes, and move through open terrain. Repellents (Reftamid or others) are very effective. The main active ingredient is alfamethrin, alfatsipometrin. In Vladivostok, you can buy it in cosmetics stores or pharmacies.

The krestovik jellyfish. As a rule, it sails to shallow, well-warmed bays in August. The main condition is warm water, algae, and often not the cleanest sea. The jellyfish are very small, no bigger than a 5-kopeck coin, and it's difficult to see them. If you feel pain in an open area of the body, as from a burn, it is very similar to the bite of a cross jellyfish! It is necessary to get out of the sea, rinse the burn site with fresh water. You can take antihistamines. If you feel an allergic reaction of the body. Go to a medical facility. Our doctors know how to help. Unpleasant, but not fatal. 

Snakes. There are snakes in the grass, on the rocks, on the paths. Be careful, don't walk barefoot, watch your step. If you see a snake, don't touch it, move away. A snake will never attack you first. There is only one species of venomous snake in Primorye, the cottonmouth. An allergic reaction develops from its bite, but the venom is not deadly. After the bite, we take antihistamines and move to a medical facility.

On our routes, tourists are always under the supervision of a tour guide, tour leader. He will definitely warn you about the danger, he knows what to do in a critical situation. We follow his recommendations and never overtake the guide on the route.

The Far Eastern Marine Reserve is the only one in Russia. Located in the south of the Far East, over 98% of the area is the water area of Peter the Great Bay of the Sea of Japan. 

The small protected islands are home to the world's largest colonies of the black–tailed gull and the Ussuri cormorant, the only nesting sites in Russia for the world's rarest birds, the yellow-tailed heron and the lesser spoonbill. 

The main objects of protection of the Far Eastern Marine Reserve include the Far Eastern
trepang, Kamchatka crab, giant octopus, larga seal, seaside scallop, colonies
seabirds. 

Whales, minke whales, killer whales, and dolphins enter the waters of the reserve. In 2003, the reserve received the international status of a biosphere reserve.

An active off-road route.

The car drives along a forest road, along the way it overcomes various obstacles (pits,
hillocks, fords, and difficult sections of road). 

It is forbidden to lean out of the car or get up while driving. There are technical stops and stops in beautiful places for photographing along the way. 

Before the walking part of the route, listen carefully to the guide's instructions, adjust all your clothes, and pack your things. Unnecessary items can be left in the car. The group moves compactly (it is forbidden to run ahead, lag behind, or leave the trail without warning).

Rules for staying on board a ship:

• Compliance with the "Rules of safety and behavior on small vessels" is necessary for safe navigation on them and for creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere on board the vessel. The implementation of the "Rules of safety and behavior on watercraft" is mandatory and unconditional for everyone.
•  The captain is a responsible person who has the qualifications of a helmsman. He is in charge of the ship's crew and is responsible for his and your safety. The captain has the authority to make decisions on board the vessel he directs, on absolutely all issues. The captain's decisions are binding on all crew members and guests and are carried out unconditionally.
• Everyone on board must wear life jackets. It is forbidden to take off the life jacket during the entire boat trip.
• Be sure to carefully inspect the vessel in order to find out all the exits for rescue.
• In case of an emergency, it is necessary to strictly follow all instructions of the ship's assistants and crew.

It is strictly forbidden to:

• to begin self-disembarkation or boarding before the vessel is fully moored and without the crew's instructions;
• move along the side of the ship to the berth or climb from the berth to the ship without using a special ladder;
• enter office and technical premises on your own;
• to leave the ship without permission, to go beyond the ship's guardrails, to dive from the side and to swim in the immediate vicinity of it;
• on the move and during parking, bend over the railings of open decks, sit on the railings;
• leave a child in your care unattended;
• to bring aboard items classified as dangerous and prohibited (compressed gases, caustic substances, weapons, explosives and combustible substances, drugs, etc.);
• to board a ship in clothes and shoes that may contaminate or damage the property of other passengers or the decoration of the ship and its deck;
• to throw overboard garbage and any other objects, there is a garbage collector on the ship.;
• unauthorized use of any light and pyrotechnic devices on the ship (torches, firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers, sound and fire rockets, laser devices, etc.);
• being on board under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• smoke in places not designated for this purpose.

If a mass evacuation has been announced, the following should be done:

• Children and women should be allowed access to life-saving equipment;
• take only the most necessary things (money, documents) with you;
• slowly descend into the rescue funds

The man overboard:

• To avoid being overboard, you need to hold on to fixed, securely fastened 
  constructions. Such as: guard rails, guard rails, shrouds.
• You should sit on one of the sides, and do not move the center of gravity beyond the guard rails.
• If you find yourself in the water, don't panic! Your absence will be immediately noticed and boarded either by your team members or by a boat operating at a distance.
• If you notice a person overboard, inform the captain immediately.

The ability to swim well is one of the most important guarantees of a safe stay on the water, but remember that even a good swimmer must exercise constant caution. There is an ocean current along the coast, it is dangerous to swim far from the shore, you can not swim in circles and mattresses! There are no rescuers!

When getting acquainted with the inhabitants of the sea, a tourist, with the permission of an employee of the reserve, can enter the sea observing the rules.:

• do not go into the sea hot, sudden cooling can cause colds, cramps, loss of consciousness.;
• do not enter the water for an hour after eating;
• do not enter the sea further than 50 meters from the shore;
• Do not jump off cliffs, do not give false alarms.

1. The tourist's clothes and shoes should be comfortable, appropriate to the season and weather, and not restrict movement. It is strictly forbidden to wear open, non-fixing shoes, shoes with heels. 
2. If tourists have expensive items and documents that are not necessary on the route, it is recommended to leave them at home. The tour organizers are not responsible for the safety of your belongings. If you take expensive photo and video equipment on your route, take care of waterproof, unbreakable packaging!
3. To avoid infection with gastrointestinal diseases, it is not recommended to drink water from open reservoirs.
4. Snakes are found in the grass and on the rocks. Therefore, be careful not to walk barefoot on the grass, look at your feet. If you see a snake, don't touch it, move away. A snake will never attack you first. Remember, she's at home, and you're visiting her. In case of a bite, contact your supervisor immediately. 
5. You can not taste any mushrooms, plants and their fruits.
6. Remember that you are going on a route in a group. You are a team! Here, one for all and all for one! Help the weak, be patient, be strong! Think about your health before you decide to take a rash step. Your actions (injuries) can disrupt the plans of the whole group! 
7. Please note that tourists must have average physical fitness for their chosen route. It ensures safe passage of the route. Distribute forces at crossings, rest at rest stops, move rationally, navigate the terrain, choose the best path, carry out insurance and self-insurance. 
8. It is forbidden to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Otherwise, the tourist is removed from the route and is deprived of the right to continue moving along it without restoring material costs.
9. The tourist must comply with the order of his supervisor! Only a well-coordinated group following the instructions passes the route without incident!
10. The tourist is solely responsible for the state of his own health. In order to avoid situations leading to deterioration of health, the tourist is obliged to notify the supervisor in advance about chronic and/or specific diseases, if any, phobias, and developmental features of his or your companions. Anything that may interfere with the safe passage of the route must be reported to the tour leader/supervisor! In case of deterioration of health or injury, the tourist is obliged to inform the supervisor in a timely manner. 
11. It is forbidden to leave the group during a walking tour of the island. The time of boarding the boat (leaving the island) is strictly indicated by the head of the group. If you've lost your group, go back the way you were going. Call the team leader. All the additional costs of your search are at your own expense!
12. It is forbidden to dive and reach or touch marine life in the Marine Reserve! You can not collect stones and shells, pick flowers! We're watching, listening, taking pictures!

The tour is an adventure tour.

This means that the program may change depending on circumstances, such as weather, wind, fog, emergency conditions on the road, stretch over time due to road quality, etc.

This is primarily due to the fact that we are moving significantly away from Vladivostok over long distances, more than 4 hours in one direction, and one third of the roads are unpaved. That is why we do not recommend that you take children under the age of 10 with you on this route.

Routes to the clean, beautiful sea are planned for the tour. But the beaches are not equipped! There are no toilets, changing rooms, cafes and shops. We take everything with us: a blanket to lie down, a towel or a poncho, a hat, sunscreen, water, a picnic lunch. Don't take too much.

Upon returning, tourists in Vladivostok are dropped off in the city center, at the Fighters of the Revolution Square.

There is no collection and delivery to the hotels! If we arrive late, you will need to make sure that you are met or call a taxi.

Your tour constructor. It consists of separate day trips and is logically arranged according to a convenient transportation scheme and accommodation. This means that you will not have a single tour leader along the entire route, and the composition of the participants-tourists and guides may change every day. 

On excursions around the city of Vladivostok, you can be in a group of up to 50 people, on nature adventure tours – 3-25 people. This allows you to save the budget of tourists, there are no maintenance costs and the salary of a personal tour leader, but this fact puts the responsibility on the participants for their journey.

A picnic lunch is included in the program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

A snack in lunch boxes, in individual packages, or an alternative option. No menu selection.

If you require special meals (vegetarian, dietary, etc.), please inform us when booking the tour so that we exclude a picnic lunch from the program for you. 

In this case, the organization of the snack is entirely yours. 

Early check–out on Tuesday. 

We recommend that you book an early breakfast at the hotel in advance (you can take it with you). 

If the tour is for a full day, then everyone needs to have a bottle of water, at least 1 liter per person per day. 

We recommend taking a snack with you on the route every day — sweets, dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes), chocolate, drinking water, preferably a thermos of tea, vegetables, fruits, etc., a garbage bag. Do not take much, do not take perishable food! There is no cafe on the route.

Treat new products with caution. Especially seafood! 

Locals know what protein poisoning is. Do not experiment on the route. Try a new product in a cafe or restaurant in small quantities. If you have a weak stomach, have pills with you!

Khasansky district (Gamova Peninsula) is located far from Vladivostok. Depending on the places visited, the journey from Vladivostok can take more than 4 hours in one direction. 

Technical and photo stops are planned along the way. The roads themselves are not of the best quality, the asphalt is uneven, pitted, and swollen.

Comfortable transport does not travel to this destination, so affordable, tourist–class buses are used - 20-seater buses, 6-14-seater minibuses, off-road vehicles, and there may be no air conditioning in transport.

Is it possible without experience? Yes! And you should if you want to try yachting! When boarding a yacht, it is necessary to be aware of the risks and significant factors.:

• Falling overboard is one of the greatest dangers on board a yacht. It is necessary to keep in mind the possibility of a sudden accidental transfer of the sails to another side: you should move crouching below the bottom edge of the sails.
• Ropes are also dangerous, and it's easy to slip on them. Very slippery sails do not step on them when working.
• those who cannot swim do not take off their life jacket during their stay on the yacht.
• try to stay on deck in shoes that ensure a secure grip of the sole with wet plastic. Shoes should completely cover the foot and toes. Crocs, flip-flops, slippers, shoes with open toes and without heels, heels, platforms, shoes with plastic slippery soles, etc. are dangerous for leg injury, including falling overboard.
• moving along the deck on the move, you need to have three points of support. Hold on to fixed structures. Never hold on to running rigging – ropes, etc. 
• work with the rigging only with gloves, do not wind the ropes on your hands.
• tourists who are in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication and/ or provoking conflict situations are not allowed on board.

The travel agency reserves the right to change the order of excursions, as well as replace them with equivalent ones while maintaining the total volume of the excursion program. 

In case of a storm warning or adverse weather conditions, the travel agency has the right to unilaterally change the excursion program. If the sea tour does not take place due to weather conditions, the travel agency offers an overland tour or a free day.
