Our region is not dangerous! We think so! But what do the guests need to know?

First of all, if you are planning a trip to the Ussuri taiga, you should know that we have encephalitic ticks. 

The most dangerous period is May–June, then the ticks are on the wane, in August-October they are practically absent. Also, ticks do not live on the coast and on islands. But there are always "lucky" tourists who find them everywhere! Therefore, it is better to prepare for a visit to the taiga. If there are no contraindications, get vaccinated against tick–borne encephalitis. But this requirement is not necessary – at your own risk.

How to dress? 

Your clothes should have as few exposed areas as possible. T-shirts with long sleeves, trousers, not shorts. Cuffs or an elastic band are desirable at the bottom of the clothes, T-shirts are tucked into trousers. The clothes are smooth, without fluff or lint. Trousers can be tucked into socks. We must not allow the tick to cling to your clothes. As a rule, this little bug crawls on your clothes for 30-40 minutes before biting you, looking for a "delicious tender place." Therefore, in the taiga, you need to look around every 40 minutes and remove ticks from clothes. Where should I put them? They just took it off and threw it away from them, into the bushes, not at the neighbor.… We tie a headscarf on your head so that your hair is completely removed. Avoid tall grass, bushes, and move through open terrain. Repellents (Reftamid or others) are very effective, the main active ingredient is alfamethrin, alfatsipermethrin. In Vladivostok, you can buy it in cosmetics stores or pharmacies.

The krestovik jellyfish. As a rule, it sails to shallow, well-warmed bays in August. The main condition is warm water, algae, and often not the cleanest sea. Jellyfish are very small, no bigger than a 5-kopeck coin, and it is difficult to see them. If you feel pain in an open area of the body, as from a burn, it is very similar to the bite of a cross jellyfish! It is necessary to get out of the sea, rinse the burn site with fresh water. You can take antihistamines. If you feel an allergic reaction, go to a medical facility. Our doctors know how to help. Unpleasant, but not fatal. 

Snakes. There are snakes in the grass, on the rocks, on the paths. Be careful, don't walk barefoot, watch your step. If you see a snake, don't touch it, move away. A snake will never attack you first. There is only one species of venomous snake in Primorye, the cottonmouth. An allergic reaction develops from its bite, but the venom is not deadly. After the bite, we take antihistamines and move to a medical facility.

On our routes, tourists are always under the supervision of a tour guide, tour leader. He will definitely warn you about the danger, he knows what to do in a critical situation. We follow his recommendations and never overtake the guide on the route.

Rules for staying on board a ship:

• Compliance with the "Rules of safety and behavior on small vessels" is necessary for safe navigation on them and for creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere on board the vessel. The implementation of the "Rules of safety and behavior on watercraft" is mandatory and unconditional for everyone.
•  The captain is a responsible person who has the qualifications of a helmsman. He is in charge of the ship's crew and is responsible for his and your safety. The captain has the authority to make decisions on board the vessel he directs, on absolutely all issues. The captain's decisions are binding on all crew members and guests and are carried out unconditionally.
• Everyone on board must wear life jackets. It is forbidden to take off the life jacket during the entire boat trip.
• Be sure to carefully inspect the vessel in order to find out all the exits for rescue.
• In case of an emergency, it is necessary to strictly follow all instructions of the ship's assistants and crew.

It is strictly forbidden to:

• to begin self-disembarkation or boarding before the vessel is fully moored and without the crew's instructions;
• move along the side of the ship to the berth or climb from the berth to the ship without using a special ladder;
• enter office and technical premises on your own;
• to leave the ship without permission, to go beyond the ship's guardrails, to dive from the side and to swim in the immediate vicinity of it;
• on the move and during parking, bend over the railings of open decks, sit on the railings;
• leave a child in your care unattended;
• to bring aboard items classified as dangerous and prohibited (compressed gases, caustic substances, weapons, explosives and combustible substances, drugs, etc.);
• to board a ship in clothes and shoes that may contaminate or damage the property of other passengers or the decoration of the ship and its deck;
• to throw overboard garbage and any other objects, there is a garbage collector on the ship.;
• unauthorized use of any light and pyrotechnic devices on the ship (torches, firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers, sound and fire rockets, laser devices, etc.);
• being on board under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• smoke in places not designated for this purpose.

If a mass evacuation has been announced, the following should be done:

• Children and women should be allowed access to life-saving equipment;
• take only the most necessary things (money, documents) with you;
• slowly descend into the rescue funds

The man overboard:

• To avoid being overboard, you need to hold on to fixed, securely fastened 
  constructions. Such as: guard rails, guard rails, shrouds.
• You should sit on one of the sides, and do not move the center of gravity beyond the guard rails.
• If you find yourself in the water, don't panic! Your absence will be immediately noticed and boarded either by your team members or by a boat operating at a distance.
• If you notice a person overboard, inform the captain immediately.

The ability to swim well is one of the most important guarantees of a safe stay on the water, but remember that even a good swimmer must exercise constant caution. There is an ocean current along the coast, it is dangerous to swim far from the shore, you can not swim in circles and mattresses! There are no rescuers!

When getting acquainted with the inhabitants of the sea, a tourist, with the permission of an employee of the reserve, can enter the sea observing the rules.:

• do not go into the sea hot, sudden cooling can cause colds, cramps, loss of consciousness.;
• do not enter the water for an hour after eating;
• do not enter the sea further than 50 meters from the shore;
• Do not jump off cliffs, do not give false alarms.

1. The tourist's clothes and shoes should be comfortable, appropriate to the season and weather, and not restrict movement. It is strictly forbidden to wear open, non-fixing shoes, shoes with heels. 
2. If tourists have expensive items and documents that are not necessary on the route, it is recommended to leave them at home. The tour organizers are not responsible for the safety of your belongings. If you take expensive photo and video equipment on your route, take care of waterproof, unbreakable packaging!
3. To avoid infection with gastrointestinal diseases, it is not recommended to drink water from open reservoirs.
4. Snakes are found in the grass and on the rocks. Therefore, be careful not to walk barefoot on the grass, look at your feet. If you see a snake, don't touch it, move away. A snake will never attack you first. Remember, she's at home, and you're visiting her. In case of a bite, contact your supervisor immediately. 
5. You can not taste any mushrooms, plants and their fruits.
6. Remember that you are going on a route in a group. You are a team! Here, one for all and all for one! Help the weak, be patient, be strong! Think about your health before you decide to take a rash step. Your actions (injuries) can disrupt the plans of the whole group! 
7. Please note that tourists must have average physical fitness for their chosen route. It ensures safe passage of the route. Distribute forces at crossings, rest at rest stops, move rationally, navigate the terrain, choose the best path, carry out insurance and self-insurance. 
8. It is forbidden to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Otherwise, the tourist is removed from the route and is deprived of the right to continue moving along it without restoring material costs.
9. The tourist must comply with the order of his supervisor! Only a well-coordinated group following the instructions passes the route without incident!
10. The tourist is solely responsible for the state of his own health. In order to avoid situations leading to deterioration of health, the tourist is obliged to notify the supervisor in advance about chronic and/or specific diseases, if any, phobias, and developmental features of his or your companions. Anything that may interfere with the safe passage of the route must be reported to the tour leader/supervisor! In case of deterioration of health or injury, the tourist is obliged to inform the supervisor in a timely manner. 
11. It is forbidden to leave the group during a walking tour of the island. The time of boarding the boat (leaving the island) is strictly indicated by the head of the group. If you've lost your group, go back the way you were going. Call the team leader. All the additional costs of your search are at your own expense!
12. It is forbidden to dive and reach or touch marine life in the Marine Reserve! You can not collect stones and shells, pick flowers! We're watching, listening, taking pictures!

Additional information: on the eve of each tour, guests receive an SMS or a message in the MAX messenger with information: the name and phone number of the guide, the time and place of the meeting.

If the tour starts in the morning, the message will be received the day before the tour from 16:00 to 19:00. If the tour starts after lunch, the notification is 1-2 hours before the start. 

The meeting place is indicated in the program for each excursion.

On bus tours, meet with a group on the central square of the Fighters of the Revolution at the monument (at the tallest figure, 22 Svetlanskaya St.).

The Three Islands boat tour is held at 6 Korabelnaya Embankment (pier 36, marine tourism center, 5-7 minutes walk from the central square down to the sea, opposite the S-56 Submarine Museum). 

Meals: breakfast from the second day of stay, 2 picnic lunches in the lunch box.

Vladivostok International Airport named after V. K. Arsenyev is located at a distance of 44 km from the seaside capital and 5 km from the city center of Artyom. 

There are several ways to get from Vladivostok to the airport, but we will tell you about the most comfortable options.

If you use these services, change the location of the city to Vladivostok in the settings and make a request.

Active tour for adults up to 64 years old, children from 7-10 years old.

The age limit of up to 64 years is determined by the peculiarities of the region, climate, and display facilities. The city is located on hills, surrounded by the sea on three sides. The guests note that at first it is difficult for them to constantly go up and down.

There is no proper tourist infrastructure at a distance from the city. The boats are small and fast, without toilets. The sea is not always calm. There are no piers or changing places on the islands. None of this is suitable for older tourists. Roads around the edge are not of good quality everywhere.

If you are over 64 years old, it is recommended to check the conditions with the manager.
