Every nation has its own Santa Claus: in the USA – Santa Claus, in France – Pierre Noel, in Georgia – Tovlis Babua, in Uzbekistan – Korbobo, Zyuzya – in Belarus.

And the harsh Tyumen oilmen have a snowy, frosty Santa Claus, but not a simple one, but an oil one!

Today we will go in search of him! 

Let's take the route of the discoverers of Tyumen oil, learn all about its occurrence and production, how they tried to find oil in Tyumen, but found mineral water. But the memorial sign of the first reference well is located in Tyumen. 

And, despite the fact that the first Siberian oil fountain was scored in the Khanty–Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, and not in Tyumen, it has been Tyumen since the middle of the last century that rightfully bears the proud title of the oil capital of Russia, and recently Russians have also called it the capital of thermal waters!

At the end of the oil journey, having learned everything about oil, we will take an oath and be initiated into the oil industry and, of course, together with Santa Claus, an oilman, we will have dinner "fish soup with oil" in an oil restaurant!

13:00-14:00 Transfer to Kuliga Park (36 km).

14:00-15:30 Interactive program in the village of sled dogs "Fast paws" (Kuliga Park).

On the tour you will learn about the role of dogs in conquering the North and South Poles and their participation in the economic development of the Far North of our country. 

15:30-16:30 Free time on the territory of Kuliga Park.

You can rent sports equipment: go skiing or "bun" from the mountain, or maybe just take a peaceful walk along the alley of Writers, breathing in the crystal Siberian air. 

Dog sledding is also waiting for you (for an additional fee).

16:30-17:00 Transfer to the thermal spring.

17:00-20:00 Visit to the Avan thermal complex. 

The Tyumen thermal season, which opens in November, attracts a huge number of tourists to the local mineral waters. 

But few of them know that the Tyumen springs are part of the underground thermal sea, packed under the Tyumen region many millions of years ago. 

How unusual it is in twenty, or even in a thirty-degree frost to plunge into a hot (+38-+40 ) water, feel its warming touch, how frost covers your hair, enjoy the fresh forest air and admire the snow-white snowflakes falling on your head.

Attention! To visit the spring, you must have a towel, slates, and a bathing suit with you. A bathrobe is optional. Staying in thermal water for no more than 15 minutes should be alternated with a 20-30 minute break.

07:00-11:00 Transfer to Abalak village (249 km).

11:00-12:00 Guided tour of the Abalak Holy Sign Monastery, which is located in the village of Abalak on the right bank of the Irtysh, 20 km from Tobolsk. 

The monastery is a unique historical and architectural complex, formed by the middle of the XVIII century in the Baroque style. 

12:00-12:40 Transfer to Tobolsk.

Over the years, people known not only in Russia, but also around the world were born or lived and worked here: A. Alyabyev, S. Remizov, P.Ershov, D. Mendeleev.

The Decembrists and even the Uglich Bell were in exile... the family of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II did not escape this either.

13:30-14:30 Sightseeing tour of Tobolsk.

Festively decorated Market Square, Yershov Square with the famous characters of his fairy tale "The Hunchback Horse", Ermak's Garden with a majestic Stele to the conqueror of Siberia, the Alley of the Decembrist Wives, the Catholic Church with its famous organ. 

And, of course, the Kremlin! The majestic white stone Kremlin with the bells of St. Sophia Cathedral, the Greenhouse and the Living Room Courtyard.

14:30-15:30 Sightseeing tour of the Kremlin, which has become a special symbol of state power in Russia, the spiritual and administrative center of a vast and distant region, it is rightfully called the "Pearl of Siberia". 

All the royal guests began their acquaintance with Tobolsk with a walk through the territory of the Kremlin.

15:30-16:30 Excursion to the Palace of the governor, connected with the history of the 300-year rule of Siberia, starting with the victories of Ataman Ermak's detachment and the establishment of voivodeship, before the revolutionary events of 1917. 

It was from here that Governor Gagarin, who was executed by Peter the Great for extortion, ruled the largest part of Russia.

16:50-17:20 Transfer to Tobolsk railway station.

18:12 Departure by electric train "Imperial route" to Tyumen.

Yalutorovsky ostrog is a reconstruction of the fortress, from which this city began in 1659. 

And for several years now, on New Year's holidays, the prison seems to go back many centuries and immerse itself in a fairy tale. 

10:30-11:30 A walk along Sretenskaya Square with a visit to the Shopping Malls complex.

11:30-12:45 Sightseeing tour of Yalutorovsk.

A small city of big people, the city of the Decembrists, the pancake capital of Russia – this is the name of this small Siberian provincial town, whose inhabitants love everything big. It is in Yalutorovsk (it is also the birthplace of Soviet condensed milk) that the largest Gulliver candy is produced. At Easter, they fry huge fried eggs, and on Shrovetide they bake a 3–meter pancake! 

It is possible to visit a local produce store.

13:45-14:45 Excursion theatrical program "New Year forever!". 

We're going to travel through time. The Decembrist family will invite us to visit them, who will tell us how they celebrated Christmas holidays in Yalutorovsk, played music, played forfeits and followed the traditions and habits inherent in them before their exile in Siberia. Then we will fast forward to the recent past and celebrate the New Year with our grandparents.

14:45-16:00 Transfer to Tyumen (75 km).

16:00-17:00 Visit to the Mikhailovsky Market. Here you can buy fish and meat delicacies: muksun fish, cheese, nelma, taiga game meat and sweets from the Tyumen factory "Quartet".

17:00-17:30 Transfer to the railway station.
