Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Departure to Sheregesh
Novokuznetsk (Boris Volynov Spichenkovo airport) –Tashtagol, 180 km, 3 hours, asphalt pavement, minibus 12/19 seats.
We recommend morning flights, we meet before 08:00.
Meeting at Spichenkovo airport.
Breakfast is not provided.
The first meal service is lunch.
You can have a coffee or a snack in a cafe on the way during a stop.
Already on the way, we begin to learn Shorsk words and get acquainted with the culture of the Taiga people and the history of the Russian spiritual mission of the XIX century. We gain altitude and admire the views of the huge waves of the black taiga.
We arrive in the capital of the Mountain Shoria - Tashtagol, we stay at the Edelweiss Castle hotel on a mountain slope overlooking the Kondoma River.
Rest.
On the road, taking into account the stop for about 3-3.5 hours, one sanitary stop is about halfway along the way (paid toilet, cafe).
Lunch at the hotel.
We are going to the city in the palm of the taiga – Tashtagol, the capital of the Mountain Shoria.
We get acquainted with artifacts, spiritual culture, the history of the development of the region, learn to speak Shorsky, read the notes of the hermit Agafya Lykova at the Museum of Ethnography and Nature of Gornaya Shoria.
We are getting acquainted with one of the seven wonders of Kuzbass, the Golden Shoria monument – a girl with a bowl in her hands riding on a mythical moose, which has been worshipped by the inhabitants of the taiga for many centuries. Author Dashi Namdakov, a world-renowned artist, his monumental works have been installed in Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, London.
We return to the hotel.

Day 2 - Tashtagol. Ust-Kabyrza. The Copper Rock
Tashtagol – Ust-Kabyrza – Copper Rock, 55 km, 2 hours, gravel surface, minibus 12/19 seats; catamarans, 2 hours.
After breakfast, we vacate the rooms and set off along the taiga road with rare Shorsky ulus to discover the protected taiga world.
We try the spring water at the Tengrian temple in the Kichi tract, we pass the homeland of the 10-time world boxing champion, the main character of Shoria Yuri Arbachakov. The inextricable connection with nature and the faith of the ancestors give amazing opportunities to Shor athletes, we are going for the power of the taiga.
In the Three Rivers Museum complex of the Ust-Kabyrza settlement, we get acquainted with the ancient trade routes of the Mountain Shoria through the steppes of Khakassia and the Altai Mountains to India and China. We learn about the gold rush and the tragic pages of the history of Shor Lag, which turned the traditional way of Mountain Shoria, we pass through the places of the gang of the Shor merchant Gordey.
A rustic lunch.
We change vehicles, get equipment, transfer to catamarans and start the waterway along the beautiful Mras-Su. The first stop is in a couple of hours.
Dinner at the campfire and overnight in comfortable tents at the Copper Rock cordon.
We listen to taiga falling asleep.

Day 3 - On catamarans along the ancient trade route
Breakfast.
We take off the camp and move on to the Saga Waterfall, located in the real taiga jungle of a narrow river canyon.
We are filled with the harsh beauty of the taiga, delicious taiga air, and swim in the crystal water of a 17-meter waterfall. If desired, we climb to the observation deck to discover the mountain panorama of the taiga for tens of kilometers.
Lunch at the campfire.
We continue to move on catamarans along the ancient trade route with rare shore settlements – life without electricity and gadgets.
Medicinal herbs of shorets, wild plants, firs and mighty cedars around. It was the Mountain Shoria that became the ancient cradle of the Siberian cedar, hence its "settlement" after the ice age.
To this day, cedar is a sacred tree for shorets, a breadwinner and a guardian.
Dinner and another unforgettable night on the banks of the taiga river.

Day 4 - Ust-Anzas. Tazgol Museum
Breakfast.
The last day of the water trip.
We arrive at Ust-Anzas – Shorsky ulus with a 300-year history at the intersection of ancient trade routes. The traditional way of life of the taiga village and solar panels.
Here we will learn what it means to be a Shorz.
Let's determine the weather on the sacred mountain Aigan, walk through the taiga airport.
We will get a nut from cedar cones in the traditional way and learn about the life of ancient taiga inhabitants and the baptism of Shoria in the Tazgol ecomuseum.
Field lunch.
We thank the spirits of the mountains and the taiga and go by mountain serpentine to Sheregesh, the winter capital of Siberia.

Day 5 - Excursion "To the top of the Mountain Shoria"
Breakfast at the hotel.

Easy trekking by a forest trail with fragments of a riding swamp through four high-altitude belts to a panorama of the Altai foothills.
The Mustag massif is a place of worship for the indigenous population of the Mountain Shoria. An ice mountain from the tales and legends of the Shor people.
We take a chairlift directly from the hotel town. The famous remnants of Camels – granite bastions of incredible shape, whose height reaches 20 meters, and age exceeds 350 million years, from a distance really resemble a caravan of "desert ships" located on vacation.
A 16-meter-high cross of worship, erected in honor of the 2000th anniversary of the Nativity of Christ on Kurgan Mountain (1560m).and snowfields in the middle of greenery and stone rivers.
Blueberries, flask or pine nuts are waiting for us on the trail, depending on the season of our trip.
Light field lunch with taiga tea.
Descent by chairlift to the hotel town.
Dinner and SPA for an additional fee. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 - Completion of the program
Early transfer at 02:00 to Spichenkovo airport, Novokuznetsk.
