Treat yourself to an unforgettable experience of traveling to gornaya Shoria, a country between Altai and Khakassia, with an immersion in the universe of the Siberian taiga.

Let's go snowmobiling through the snowy mountain taiga to visit the yeti in the Shorsky National Park. We will fly by helicopter to the remote taiga ulus of Ust-Anzas, meet with the Shorsky hunter, learn how to cook the Shorsky energy drink talkan, visit the taiga open-air museum Tazgol. We will learn the laws of the wild taiga, our place in it, learn how to address the spirits of the mountains, give up excess and understand what it means to be a Shorz.

Let's recharge our mental health in the places of power of the indigenous people, get inspired by the artist Lyubov Arbachakova and bring with us useful souvenirs made with our own hands together with the taiga residents. We will finish our trip at the snowiest resort in the country – in Sheregesh.

In search of the Yeti

Let's go to the Yeti cave on snowmobiles with a sled in search of the bigfoot. We will see ice stalactites and stalagmites in the Azasskaya cave

We will get acquainted with the secrets of cooking authentic Shor dishes, enjoy the taste of pelben and honey butter, wild plant jam and taiga wasabi.

Deep into the mountain taiga

We will fly by helicopter to the remote Shorsky village of Ust-Anzas, visit a real authentic Shorsky village with a 300-year history.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Tashtagol and ethnic evening
Already on the way, we begin to learn Shorian words and get acquainted with the taiga culture of the Shorian people and the history of the Russian ecclesiastical mission of the 19th century.
We gain altitude and admire the views of the huge waves of the black taiga. We arrive in Tashtagol, the capital of Gornaya Shoria, check into a hotel and relax.
We get acquainted with the artifacts, learn to speak Shori, read the notes of the hermit Agafya Lykova at the Museum of Ethnography and Nature of Gornaya Shoria. At the Golden Shoria, we discover the genius of Dasha Namdakov.
At the ethnic evening, we study the cuisine, games and legends of the Shors. We prepare a tea blend from taiga herbs, we make saddler dolls, charms, awnings, we learn how to play national instruments, and we take photos in traditional saddler costumes.

Day 2 - Shorsky National Park, Yeti Cave and Shorsky artist
After breakfast we leave for Ust-Kabyrza. We will explore the history of ancient trade routes, the gold rush and the tragedy of ShoRlag in the Trehrechye Museum complex.
We are going through the impassable taiga on snowmobiles with sleds to the Shorsky National Park to the Yeti cave.
We are inspired and create together with the Shorsky artist, poet and scientist Lyubov Arbachakova. We take our own drawing as a souvenir.

Day 3 - Flight to Ust-Anzas, Tazgol Museum. Departure to Sheregesh
We are flying by helicopter to Shorsky ulus with a 300-year history. We will learn the laws of the wild and our place in it, shorsk skis and Shorsk taxi in a village without roads.
At the local airport, we determine the weather by the sacred mountain Aigan. We extract pine nuts from the Tazgol eco-museum. We thank the spirits of the mountains and taiga and go to Sheregesh, the winter capital of Siberia.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 - Karitshal Tour
Sacred and relevant Sheregesh. A cable car ride, at the top of Karitshal, we discover the places of power and legends of Mount Mustag, the history of the Sheregeshev brothers and the future of Siberia's main mountain resort.
We will take snowmobiles to the granite remains of Camels with spectacular panoramas of Altai and Sayan Mountains.
Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5 - Free day in Sheregesh
A day where you can choose the scenario yourself. Roll out the famous puffy jacket or learn the technique of skiing / snowboarding, ride a team of fluffy huskies, visit iconic bars, relax in the SPA or Russian bath.
Day 6 - Departure
Early transfer to Spichenkovo airport, Novokuznetsk.

A stylized hotel in the vicinity of Tashtagol (8 km), overlooking the Kondoma River and the sports center on Mount Tumannaya. The rooms are located in two buildings.
