Reboot at the therms of the Caucasus

The journey begins with exploring Kislovodsk, where you will stroll along the shady Kurortny Boulevard and see the legendary Narzan Gallery, and then go to the Geduko wellness complex.

Here you will find hot thermal pools with healing water that works wonders with joints and skin, and complete relaxation in a phytosauna or salt room — the perfect start to immerse yourself in a Caucasian fairy tale.

If desired, go on an adventure in the Elbrus region or stay to relax in the thermal baths. Next, you will have a mystical journey to the Blue Lake Cerik-Kel, which does not freeze even in winter, and everything will end in Nalchik, where you can taste local sweets.
