10:00 Arrival in Kislovodsk.

Kislovodsk is the southernmost city of the Caucasian Mineral Waters, which owes its name and fame to the healing mineral water of Narzan.
Exploring the city begins on Kurortny Boulevard, framed by chestnut trees and manicured lawns.
Adjacent to it is the Narzan Gallery, the famous architectural symbol of the city, built directly above the spring that gave Kislovodsk life.
Lunch at a cafe (optional for an additional fee).
Transfer to Baksan district, village of Kishpek (130 km), accommodation in the Geduko wellness complex. The place is unique for its thermal springs.
The thermal waters of the Kishpek spring have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that enhance blood supply to organs and tissues.
Recommended for external use in diseases of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, gynecological and skin diseases and blood vessels.

Day 2 - Free day or an excursion to the Elbrus region

Excursion to the Elbrus region (~120 km). The Elbrus region resort is located in the Caucasus, deep in the Baksan Valley and unites two mountain slopes — Elbrus and Cheget.
It was here, on the slope of Mount Cheget, that the first suspended chairlift appeared in 1963, which marked the beginning of the development of skiing in the USSR.
Climb Mount Cheget, which offers a beautiful view. Below is the picturesque Baksan Gorge, on the right is Mount Donguz—Orun with the Seven glacier "sewn" to it, the Kogutai and Nakra massifs, on the left is the double-headed Elbrus.
We are going to the foot of Mount Elbrus to the Azau clearing. Elbrus is the highest mountain not only in the Caucasus and Russia, but also in Europe (the western peak is 5642 m, the eastern peak is 5621 m).
Elbrus is covered with a cap of firn and ice, from which 54 glaciers descend to the sides. The resort has two cable cars.
Climb to the Mir station (3,500 m), where the exposition of the Elbrus Defense Museum is located. Those who wish can climb even higher, to the station "Gara-Bashi" (3780m).

The local cuisine is perfect for relaxing in the mountains: the thick and fragrant lagman will warm and energize you in the middle of the day.

Day 3 - Excursion to the Cherek gorge.

An excursion to the Cherek gorge to the most mysterious and beautiful karst lake, Cerik-Kel, or otherwise Blue Lake, a dazzling pearl of Kabardino–Balkaria, will not leave anyone indifferent.
This lake is a natural well with a depth of about 258 m. Only Baikal and Teletskoye are deeper than this lake. The surface water temperature in winter and summer is 9.3 °C.
It is also interesting that not a single stream or river flows into the lake, but about 70 million liters of water flow out every day.
The water in the lake is flowing and so transparent that the bottom is visible up to 22 meters. Depending on the weather and time of day, the lake changes color from blue to turquoise.
The water in the Lower Blue Lake is not covered with ice even in the most severe frosts.
Transfer to Nalchik, the capital of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
Visit to the store of a local confectionery factory.
