It's important to know
Personal equipment you need for the tour
The key to a successful and pleasant passage of the program routes is the right shoes and clothes:
- Trousers are loose, cotton, without internal seams (jeans are uncomfortable and rub the skin);
- windproof waterproof hooded jacket (not very bright, not rustling);
- water tank;
- swimwear and outfits for photo shoots;
- personal first aid kit and insect repellent (if necessary);
- shoes with a grooved sole for easy movement on horseback and on the ground;
- a raincoat (preferably not a disposable one) or a membrane jacket;
- Sunglasses and cream: the sun is very active in the mountains;
- track suit;
- a warm jacket;
- trekking backpack of 25-30 liters and a "seat";
- elastic bandage.
