The road, which has a seven-hundred-year history, once connected Yaroslavl and Kostroma, saw Minin and Pozharsky, young Mikhail Romanov, Fyodor Dostoevsky and many others. The mention of this path can be found in the imperishable works of Nekrasov and Ostrovsky. The construction of the Gorky reservoir played an important role in the fate of the tract.
A trip along the Lugovoi tract will reveal a lot of new things from the life of the Yaroslavl region, the narrative will touch upon the ancestral Nekrasov places.
