Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival in Murmansk. City tour

    We recommend arriving in Murmansk in the morning or afternoon, as the tour begins in the evening.

    ~ 18:00-18:10 Departure for the tour.

    You will be picked up from the central point of the city on the Five Corners Square — the Meridian Hotel or the Cosmos Hotel.

    ~ 18:20 Icebreaker "Lenin" (without visiting) and Murmansk Seaport. The first point of the trip will be the Murmansk Seaport, where you will see the world's first nuclear icebreaker Lenin.

    ~ 19:00 Dinner. A full-fledged dinner in one of the cafes of the city.

    ~ 19:50 Monument "Lighthouse". Memorial complex to the sailors who died in peacetime. A fragment of the famous Kursk submarine is located near the Lighthouse.

    ~ 20:30 Monument "Alyosha". The tallest monument beyond the Arctic Circle, the Memorial to the Defenders of the Soviet Arctic during the Great Patriotic War.

    The warrior's gaze is directed to the west, towards the Valley of Glory, where during the Great Patriotic War the fiercest battles took place on the outskirts of Murmansk.

    ~ 21:10 Monument "Waiting". A monument that everyone loves so much: both locals and visitors of the city. Monument to a woman waiting for her sailor.

    ~ 20:30 Monument to the fortitude and courage of Murmansk residents during the Second World War — "Chimney". A place where you will definitely feel goosebumps running through your body.… Military songs, a gallery of photos of the war years and stoves.

    ~ 22:10 Drive across the Kola Bridge to the opposite shore of the bay and enjoy a panoramic view of the city from the other side of the Kola Bay.

    In this part of the program you will find:

    · a trip across the Kola Bridge;

    · Open-air Museum of Military Equipment;

    · Abram Cape – a viewing platform on the other side of the bay;

    · The ice-free Kola Bay.

    ~ 22:40 Lavna Waterfall. The height of the waterfall does not exceed 4 meters, despite its modest scale, it impresses with its fullness.

    ~ 23:40 — 00:20 End of the tour.

    You will be transported to your place of residence in Murmansk.
