The tour program may be slightly modified due to weather conditions.
The route is recommended for those who have already been on expeditions and imagine what it is like, or for those who confidently drive a snowmobile and are not afraid of difficulties.
Snowmobile expeditions take place on the Kola Peninsula, beyond the Arctic Circle. The region differs significantly in general climatic and weather conditions from the central part of Russia and Karelia.
The weather in these latitudes is unstable and quite extreme. There is a high probability of sudden temperature changes from 0 to -30, strong winds, and snowstorms. Be sure to consider this fact when preparing for a trip.
Any route may turn out to be either more difficult or easier. It all depends on the weather and the state of the snow cover at this particular moment. The organizer determines the difficulty based on the average values.
You can get stuck on a snowmobile on any route with any difficulty, because fresh snow will fall at certain temperatures, severe frosts may strike, or a thaw may suddenly begin in any month of winter and water will appear on the ice of reservoirs. All these natural phenomena are impossible to predict.
