Itinerary

Day 1 - The meeting of the group in Murmansk. Transfer to Kirovsk. The route to the foot of the Southern Rischorr pass
The meeting of the group will take place in Murmansk at 09:00, after that we will move to the city of Kirovsk — the journey time is 3 hours.
A mountain road starts from here, which will lead us to the very center of the Khibiny Mountains.
On the way we will admire the most picturesque nature. We get to the drop-off point.
Today we will have an exciting but uncomplicated walk to the campsite.
On the way we will visit the waterfall and the tunnel of the nuclear explosion.
After reaching the foot of the Southern Rischorr pass, we set up camp.

Day 2 - Academic Lake
After a rest and a hearty breakfast, we will have a radial walk to the Academic Lake.
Having overcome a simple pass, a grandiose plateau awaits us, from which indescribable views of the surrounding mountains and even the neighboring Lovozersk tundra open up.
The depth of this spectacle is fascinating, but our goal lies ahead.
Slowly, along the old mountain road, we will approach the circus unnoticed, from which the Academic Lake will open.
After walking around the circus and admiring the grandeur and unforgettable blue lake surface, let's go back to the camp.

Day 3 - Completion of the walking route. Return to Murmansk
Day of gathering and return to the rescue base.
Under favorable conditions, we will go to the opposite bank of the Kuniyok River to admire the Cuelporr valley from a new angle.
After all the adventures, cars will be waiting for us.
The program will end no earlier than 21:00 in Murmansk.

It's important to know

The base layer is thermal underwear (underwear) (thin running and warm for sleeping — 2 sets), you can replace the top of the running set with a sports T—shirt made of synthetic moisture-wicking fabric (try to exclude cotton).
The intermediate layer is a fleece jacket, exclude wool (thin fleece jacket for movement / thick for parking).
A membrane jacket or an analog (windbreaker, waterproof).
Pants are windproof or made of membrane (ideal if the pants are a designer and turn into shorts).
Socks — preferably trekking and / or others with similar properties (foot retention, moisture removal) — 2-3 pairs.
Shoes — trekking boots, preferably high (attention! shoes must be worn out, no boots).
Rubber slates for the camp (crocs/sandals and other outdoor shoes are also great).
Headdress (buff trumpet, bandana, beanie, cap).
Sunglasses, thin light gloves (in case of sunny weather, the most ordinary "working" cotton gloves will do).
Tableware: mug, spoon, bowl, flask or water bottle.
A backpack for 70-80 liters.
Personal hygiene products, wet wipes, toiletries.
If desired, you can take trekking poles.
Swimming trunks or a swimsuit — for taking water treatments + a towel (trekking and / or waffle).
Hoba (the seat).
Sunscreen (30+) and burns (such as Panthenol), lip balm (for example, Panthenol for children), individual medications (if taken as prescribed by a doctor), repellent.
The lantern is for hiking from the end of July.
An additional battery for the phone.
