Personal equipment you need for the tour
- backpack 55-90 l (or a bag for things);
- plastic bags for storing warm and spare items (1 pack, if available – a hermetic bag);
- thermal insulation seat (hoba);
- sunscreen (30 SPF);
- Two pairs of shoes: (rubber boots/slates, sneakers);
- the minimum number of cotton socks is 3 pairs and insulated socks are 2 pairs.;
- insulated jacket;
- fleece sweatshirt (sweatshirt) – 2 pieces, instead of one you can take a warm vest;
- trousers – 2 pairs (warm and light);
- thermal underwear;
- lingerie;
- sun hat (weather hat);
- cotton work gloves (fleece gloves for the weather);
- knife, spoon, plate, mug;
- toiletries, toilet paper, towel, soap, toothbrush, paste, sponge;
- watches, hermetically sealed matches, a lighter;
- a headlamp with a spare set of batteries;
- a copy of the passport and the money in a sealed package;
