Day 1 - Arrival in Izhevsk. Free day
Recommended flight for tourists from St. Petersburg: I8-926 Izhevsk-St. Petersburg, the airline "Izhavia" (direct flight ~ 2 hours 20 minutes).
18:00-18:30 Meeting at Izhevsk airport, transfer to the hotel.
19:00 Accommodation in a hotel located on the Central Square of Izhevsk.
20:00 Dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Day 2 - Gastronomic acquaintance with Izhevsk

The first day of the tour is a gastronomic acquaintance with the capital of Udmurtia. We know for sure that you can't make a first impression twice.

12:30-14:30 Lunch and a master class on traditional Udmurt dumplings in a restaurant in the city.
The lunch is presented with dishes of national Udmurt cuisine in a modern interpretation.
14:30-16:30 Sightseeing tour of Izhevsk, the capital of Udmurtia.
During a sightseeing tour of Izhevsk, you will learn about the history of the factory city, which today is called the Arms Capital of Russia, see the Monument of Friendship of Peoples, the embankment of Izhevsk Pond, Tsar Cannon, St. Michael's Cathedral.
17:00 Transfer to the hotel.

Day 3 - Sarapul

A gastronomic tour to Sarapul is a real pleasure for connoisseurs of amazing stories and delicious adventures! It will be an introduction to the merchant county town and its cuisine.
A small old and colorful town on the Kama River, Sarapul, became famous for the fact that it was here that the cavalryman Nadezhda Durova, Kutuzov's personal medal bearer during the war of 1812, the prototype of the heroine of the famous "Hussar Ballad", grew up.
The recipes of merchant dinners, which lasted for 9 hours, have been preserved here.
11:00-14:00 In the program:
tea drinking in a Merchant's tea shop at the cottage of Pavel Andreevich Bashenin, the head of Sarapul. Stories of the Bashenin family, traditions of hosting guests, herbal tea, Sarapul gingerbread;
tour of the Dacha Bashenina Art and Exhibition complex;
guided tour of the historical center and Museum quarter of the city;
a walk along the Sarapula embankment and amazing keepsake photos with a view of the Kama River.
14:00-15:00 Merchant's lunch in a restaurant in Sarapul according to restored recipes of the XIX century.
15:00 Transfer to Izhevsk to the hotel.

Cosmos Izhevsk Hotel is located in the Oktyabrsky district of Izhevsk. Rooms of different comfort levels are available, but each one has beds, a TV, a safe and a split system, as well as its own work area and Internet access. The bathroom has a hairdryer, slippers and towels with personal hygiene items.

A kettle and tea with coffee are provided, and you can eat during the day at The on-site The Taste restaurant, which offers a wide range of dishes. There is also a Brauplatz restaurant with its own brewery.
