A visit to the Lavrovsky wooden Toy factory is an amazing opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of wooden toys.
You will learn about the history of wooden toys, what games were played in Russia and try this exciting activity yourself.
And at the master class you will paint a wooden souvenir with your own hands.
Sightseeing tour of Nerekhta – you will walk along the ancient streets of the city and enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the magnificent ensembles of the Churches of the Resurrection and Epiphany, Holy Cross Church, St. Nicholas, Varvarinsky temples and the bell tower of the Kazan Cathedral.
You will visit the main shrine of Nerekhta – the Trinity-Sypanov Pakhomiev Monastery (founded in 1362 by the disciple of the great St. Sergius of Radonezh, the holy elder Pakhomiy).
The incorruptible miraculous relics of St. Pachomius have been found in the monastery, to which you can venerate.
Nearby there is a unique hill of St. Pachomius with a holy spring at the foot.
According to legend, if you go down and climb the slide barefoot with faith and prayer in your soul, you can find healing (visiting the spring and the slide depends on weather conditions).
