Documents:

• Russian Federation passport (internal);

Medical preparations:

• all that your doctor has prescribed for you. Additionally, we take: "from the head", "from the stomach", antispasmodics, from allergies.

• smartphone and charging: there is almost no stable Internet signal in the mountains, so if you need offline maps, music, books, videos and TV shows, it is better to download them in advance.
• powerbank or compact external battery (optional: there is electricity at our base);
• a flash drive or an external hard drive (optional) – for sharing photos and videos from routes. The guides live in the mountains and cannot send you photos that they take on the route;
• headphones (optional: for airplane, train, listen to music in the evening);
• sleep mask, earplugs, inflatable pillow (optional: for flights, trains);
• you can leave the hair dryer at home – we give it out at the base.

Equipment:

• a small backpack (20-30 liters) – it is convenient to take things with you for a walk;
• a tourist seat (hob, podpopnik) with foil and an elastic band. The price starts from 250 rubles.;
• sunglasses (for snow and sun protection) — optional;
• the poncho raincoat is dense (! required): cellophane for 100-200 rubles will not last a day;
• swimming trunks/swimsuit and flip–flops - for thermal springs;
• hiking gaiters or lanterns for feet: from mud, rain and snow;
• hermetic package for phone and photo and video equipment (in case of rain);
• refillable water bottle or small thermos 500 ml (optional);
• trekking poles (optional). 

If there is a problem with knees, hip joints, ankles, they will help a lot. If your sticks do not fit in your luggage, do not worry – we will give you sticks at the base for the whole week of your vacation;

• hygienic lipstick or lip balm (required! both boys and girls – from the wind and the sun);
• for photo and video equipment, take care of an airtight package in case of rain;
• sunscreen SPF 50+ (snow in the sun can tan and even burn

Shoes and clothes for travel:

When choosing clothes to participate in an active tour, keep in mind that they must protect you from wind, rain, snow, sun and mechanical damage (branches, grass, stones). We recommend taking specialized clothing for tourism and sports made of synthetic materials, as it provides good ventilation, dries quickly, does not crumple, and is more comfortable when moving. The main principle is layering: hot – undressed, cold – insulated.

Footwear:

• comfortable sports shoes. Two pairs are required, waterproof and with non-slip soles:
  • the first pair are high waterproof and warm boots. 

The best solution is rubber insulated EVA boots (liner up to -20 ° C). If you have trekking shoes, take them;

• the second pair is winter or demi–season shoes with non-slip soles;
• rubber flip-flops for visiting thermal springs and walking around the base by room.

Clothes: 

In winter, take clothes for warm and cold weather.

• For cold weather:
  • winter jacket (windproof, insulated, waterproof). The ideal option is snowboarding / skiing, as it meets all the necessary requirements;
  • winter pants (windproof, insulated, waterproof). The ideal option is snowboarding /skiing, as they meet all the necessary requirements;
  • down jacket (up to -10°C);
  • down or fleece vest (optional);
  • a set of winter thermal underwear (optional). Can be used as a bottom layer;
  • warm wool socks (merino, alpaca) 2 pairs. Look at the fishing shop – they know a lot about warm clothes;
  • scarf / fleece gaiter (baffik) / warm shawl – to insulate the throat and neck;
  • the hat is warm (fleece is the perfect solution);
  • warm gloves (fleece is better);
  • the handles are waterproof membrane tops (optional). They are put on fleece gloves, protect hands from wind, snow, rain. The price is 1000-2500 rubles. It can be replaced with winter waterproof mittens.
• For warm weather
  • synthetic T-shirts 2-3 pcs., with long and short sleeves;
  • fleece jacket (required! – for all weather conditions);
  • warm sports/fleece suit (sweatshirt, pants);
  • a must for the "lower" routes, where it is not as cold as in the mountains;
  • socks (2-3 pairs of regular ones);
  • a hat for sunny weather is a cap/panama hat.

To complete the active part of the tours, he provides all the necessary equipment (equipment rental is included in the tour price).
