Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Geothermal source
Arrival in the village. Kamennomostsky.
Accommodation in comfortable cottages and rooms.

19.00 Trip to the geothermal spring.
We swim in large modern pools with running water from a hot spring.
Activated flint water perfectly relaxes the body, helps in the treatment of a number of diseases and is used for cosmetic purposes (after bathing, the skin becomes smooth and beautiful).
At your disposal there will be 3 large swimming pools with temperatures from +34 to +39 degrees, one children's pool and a pool with cold water.
For those arriving from Sochi, the trip to the geothermal spring is postponed to the evening, on the day when the excursion to the Lago Naki plateau will be held.
Day 2 - The Khadjokh Gorge. Horse riding route

10.00 Today, an instructor guide will take you to a unique, natural object: "Khadjokh gorge" (entrance tickets are paid separately).
This is a grand gorge, into which even on the clearest day the sun's rays do not always fall.
A very deep (up to 40 meters) four-hundred-meter corridor of the gorge was created by a mountain river.
Trapped in the embrace of the rocks, the water stream rumbles past the observers.
It is here that you can see and feel the incredible power and strength of water.
Next, the route will pass through the canyon of the Belaya River to the gorge of the Mezmaysky stream, which resembles a stone maze.
Bathing in the stone bowl of the fourth waterfall of the Mezmaysky stream.

15.00 Horse riding in the foothills of Adygea (extra charge).

Day 3 - Rufabgo Gorge. Descent into the cave "Through"
9:00 a.m. Breakfast.
10:00 Exit to the hiking route and get acquainted with the natural architecture of the Rufabgo mountain gorge, with its water extravaganza: waterfalls: Noise, Baby, Rufabgo Heart, Lace (entrance tickets are paid separately).
We will swim in waterfalls.
We will reach the rock "Sail".
This is a huge rock in the form of a sail, standing at the confluence of the Bachurin and Rufabgo streams.
On this day at the natural climbing wall, an experienced mentor will help you master the technique of descent and ascent by rope, and with the help of climbing equipment you will descend into the cave "Through" (descent height 15 m).

Day 4 - Alloy. Canyoning
09.00 We have breakfast and go rafting.
The rafting is simple, it will take place along the Granite Canyon on the Belaya River for 1.5 hours (paid separately).
The granite canyon itself is a natural monument, interesting for the unusual color of the shores.
The rocky shores up to 50 meters high have blue, red, pink colors, the length of the granite canyon is 4.5 km and the depth reaches 200 meters.
In some places, the riverbed narrows to two meters and forms streams of tremendous force.

14.00 We're having lunch.
After lunch, we drive to the Mishoko River, where we will master the elements of canyoning using climbing equipment and learn the skills of movement over rough terrain.
The Mishoko River in its lower reaches formed several cascades of waterfalls, baths in monoliths, and deep backwaters.
On both banks of the river there are caves-sites of ancient man.

After the route, you can visit the Mishoko Extreme Park.
A flight on a trolley stretched over the Mishoko Gorge (self-paid).

19.00 We have dinner in the fireplace room.
Day 5 - A rope park. Biosphere Reserve. Ancient megaliths
8:00-10:00 Breakfast.

10.00 Along the picturesque valley of the Belaya River with stops in the Big Granite Canyon, at the confluence of the Kisha and Belaya rivers and in the village. Khamyshki we will reach the village of Guzeripl.

We will go to the territory of Europe's largest biosphere reserve, where there is a rope park, a museum of the reserve and one of the most interesting megalithic structures of antiquity – the dolmen.
A visit to the rope park (not included in the price).
Lunch is a picnic.

19.00 We have dinner and relax after a busy day.
Day 6 - The Lago Naki Plateau. Visit to unequipped caves
09.00 We have breakfast.

10.00 Today we leave for the Lago Naki mountain plateau.
The height of the plateau reaches 2000 meters above sea level.
Its relief with steep cliffs, spacious Alpine meadows and numerous caves was formed 300 million years ago by the ancient ocean that used to be here.
We breathe in the incredibly clean and transparent Alpine mountain air, enjoy the pristine nature!
When you walk along the route, look at your feet - you can easily find a petrified shell — a great souvenir of Adygea!

On the way to the plateau, we will make several stops at panoramic sites with souvenir shops.
Trekking to the sources of the Kurjips River with crystal clear water and the Sheep cave.

Lunch lunch box.
On the way back, we stop at the unequipped karst caves: "Beautiful", "Picket" and "Dry".
The caves are located among the forest in the southern part of the Azish-Tau range at an altitude of more than 1300 meters above sea level.
The length of the "Beautiful" is 173 meters, the "Picket" is 141 m, the "Dry" is 100 m.
A large number of stalactites and stalagmites have formed on the walls, ceiling and floor of the caves.
When visiting unequipped caves, adventures are guaranteed!

We return to the base happy and with hundreds of great photos.

Day 7 - Moving to the village. Betta

10:00 We are moving from the village. Kamennomostsky on the Black Sea coast of Krasnodar Territory in the village of Betta.
Betta Village is a picturesque resort village located forty kilometers south of Gelendzhik.
This resort, due to its remoteness from major thoroughfares, has earned the recognition of people who strive to spend their holidays as close to nature as possible.
In the vicinity of the village, the pristine mountain nature with mixed forests, natural pebble beaches and the purest sea has been preserved.
The distance to the beach is about 350 meters.
The road has no steps, it goes past the private sector.
The journey time is about 12 minutes.
