09:00 Drive to the geothermal spring to start the day with warmth and relaxation.

Pools with healing water (about 37 °C) are waiting for you — 2 hours to swim and let your body relax. And for those who like it cooler, there is a swimming pool with a water temperature of +22 °C.

14:00 Lunch.

15:00 We leave for the Khadjokh gorge, one of the most picturesque places in Adygea.

It is located in the village of Kamennomostsky, in the canyon of the Belaya River.
It is only 5-10 minutes from the location.

Locals call this place "Noise" — and it's clear why: the river is bubbling and noisy here. Over millions of years, a mountain river has carved a narrow corridor up to 40 meters deep into the rock. The walls are almost 400 meters high.

The most picturesque part of the gorge is equipped for excursions with iron bridges, steps and platforms with handrails.

Entrance to this territory is subject to a charge.

There is a mini zoo on site, where ostriches, otters, raccoons, foxes and even bears are kept in aviaries.

On this day we will walk about 1 km.

09:00 Guided tour of the Rufabgo Gorge.

Today we will go to one of the most picturesque places in the region — the Rufabgo gorge, a natural monument of regional importance.

We will cross the bridge over the Belaya River, climb the stairs to the clearing at the entrance to the trail — here we will be greeted by a cafe, a small market with local souvenirs and even a shooting range.

A visit to the ethnographic museum "Adyghe farmstead" is a small immersion in culture. Learn about the traditions of the Adygs, see traditional buildings, household items and crafts.

The route is about 4 km (2 km there and 2 km back) through highly rugged terrain. The trail is well laid and equipped, but it requires attention: rocks, roots, stairs, height differences.

There are four waterfalls along the way, each with its own character:

• "Noise" is 4 meters of a powerful descending stream, it can be heard long before it comes into view.;
• "Second cascade" ("Kid") — light, multi-stage, falls in cascades of 1.5 meters;
• The "Heart of Rufabgo" — hidden under the "stone heart", it seems to be secretly beating in the chest of the gorge;
• The Maiden's Spit ("Shoelace") is a 15—meter waterfall that falls into a deep lagoon like a silver thread.

This place is not just a route, but a real nature therapy. We walk slowly, carefully. We stop to take pictures and listen.

The time on the route is 2-2.5 hours.

After a walk, it's the perfect time to relax. Two hours in the warm pools.

Take a swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops.

10:00 a.m. Master class on making halyuzhs.

Halyuzhy is one of the oldest and most revered treats of the Adyghe tradition. They are prepared for all important events, from family feasts to national holidays: weddings, in honor of guests, on a child's birthday.

What awaits you at the master class?

• making dough according to a traditional recipe — with an explanation of the subtleties of consistency and rolling;
• the formation of the filling: the choice of cheese, the proportions of greens, the secrets of the perfect balance of flavors;
• roasting haluts in a cauldron — so that the crust crunches, but inside everything remains juicy and warm.;
• tasting with hot tea made from aromatic herbs of the Caucasus;
• a short tour into the history of Adyghe cuisine — after all, food here has always been a part of culture, respect for nature and hospitality.

1. Walking tour:

You will be greeted by a gorge surrounded on both sides by cliffs up to 70 meters high — their bright yellow walls shimmer in the sunlight and have bizarre shapes. You will walk along the upper trail, where each step reveals new panoramas of the foothills. Beech trees and chestnuts rise along the steep slopes, and the Mishoko River flows and waterfalls flow below.

The walking tour will last 1.5-2 hours.

There are no handrails, paved paths, or stairs on the route.

1. Equestrian route:

Taking an equestrian route through the gorge is a rare opportunity not just to watch, but to ride along a mountain path, and experience the pleasure of communicating with this beautiful and strong animal: to feel the warmth of a horse, hear the rhythmic clop of hooves on rocks, and see the beauty of the gorge from a height.

The duration of the route (1 hour in the saddle + 30 minutes for preparation).

Then we go to the unique private museum Belovodye.

It houses a historical and paleontological collection: rare finds, ammonites and other fossils of the ancient Tethys Ocean.,
artifacts of everyday life and history of Adygea.

The museum tour takes 30-50 minutes.

Guests who leave before 08:00 will be provided with a lunch box instead of breakfast on the day of departure.

Delivery the day before, after dinner, to ensure convenience and timely preparation.

Departure by transfer is from 06:30 to 10:00 (time depends on the destination).
