During the tour program, it is possible to postpone excursions by the days and time of the start of excursions with full implementation of all points of the program.

If a tourist refuses to participate in the route of the day, a replacement for another route is not performed.

The absolute reason for canceling or changing the route is unfavorable weather conditions: heavy rain, abnormal decrease in air temperature.

The instructor has the right:

• change the route;
• remove a tourist from the route;
• suspend the program if, in his opinion, weather conditions or other circumstances threaten the life and health of this tourist or other participants.;
• Similarly, in case of any signs of deterioration of the tourist's health, the instructor has the right to immediately remove him from the route.

No refund will be made in these cases.

You can get from the airport or railway station of Krasnodar to Kamennomostsky settlement or back yourself by ordering a bus or a passenger car (the cost can be clarified with the manager).

It is also possible to order individual and group transfers (the cost can be clarified with the manager):

You can get there by private car. Currently, the M4 Don highway is a modern highway with 4 lanes, two in each direction. The net travel time, without violating the rules, in normal traffic is 17 hours.

Anyone can participate in the tour, including children, accompanied by their parents or close relatives who are fully responsible for them.

A geothermal spa complex is included in the program.

Events held on the territory of the Base or other venues in their free time from the main program:

• not included in the price of the tour;
• as a rule, they are organized for free;
• information about them is provided to the participants additionally.

Tour Organizer:

• notifies about the event;
• provides a platform;
• does not participate in its organization and conduct;
• does not provide a shuttle service to the venue.

Alcohol and other psychoactive substances are prohibited on the route.

At the slightest suspicion of alcohol or toxic intoxication, the instructor has the right to remove the tourist from the route.

No refund is made.

If the tourist left the route voluntarily or was removed from it (including in the highlands), payment for an individual transfer to the place of residence or another destination is carried out at the expense of the tourist.

Attention! Medical procedures are not carried out. To use the water for medicinal purposes, consult a specialist.

Water from well No. 12-T. Chemical composition:

• low-mineralized bicarbonate-chloride sodium water;
• increased content of silicic acid;
• Dissolved gases: co₂, ch₄, N₂;
• analogues according to GOST 13273-88: types "Aivazovsky" and "Crimean" (groups 22-23).

Persons who are contraindicated cannot participate in the tour program.:

• physical activity;
• staying in a mountainous area;
• swimming in pools with geothermal water;
• other conditions stipulated by the program.

The tourist guarantees that his health condition allows him to participate in the program, and physical activity is not contraindicated for him.

The organizer is relieved of any responsibility if it subsequently turns out that the health status of the tourist does not meet the requirements of the program.

Additional medical insurance is not included in the price of the tour. If desired, you can apply for insurance on the website of a Large Country without commission directly from insurance companies.

It is organized only on arrival days: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday.

If you travel by yourself, the transfer fee will not be reimbursed. Transfer on other days / at other times is not included in the price, it is paid additionally.

Transfer from Mineralnye Vody to the village Kamennomostskiy. The departure time of the bus from Mineralnye Vody is 13:00.

Transfer from Krasnodar to the village Kamennomostskiy. 

• arrive at the railway station no later than 13:30;
• to the airport — no later than 14:00;
• the bus departs after the gathering of the group, but no later than 14:15.

Transfer from Armavir at 15:00-15:20.

If you arrive in Sochi, we will meet you in Maikop at 22:00. You can get to Maikop by train Lastochka Sochi — Maikop. The departure time of the train from Adler is 16:18.

Return transfer is not included in the price of the tour.

The bus from Kamennomostsky settlement to Mineralnye Vody and Armavir departs at 06:30-07:00

The bus from Kamennomostsky settlement to Krasnodar departs at 08:00 to the airport, then to the railway station. Recommendations for return tickets from Krasnodar: train no earlier than 12:45, plane no earlier than 13:00.

The cost of the transfer in rubles up to:

For those who travel to Sochi by train Lastochka. Transfer from Kamennomostsky to Maikop at 05:45 (cost 700 rubles) The train departs from Maikop at 07:00.
