The tour organizer notifies the tourist about the event, provides a venue for the event, but does not organize and conduct it, and is not obligated to take the tour participant to the event.

Tourists are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages on the route. At the slightest suspicion of alcohol or other toxic intoxication, the instructor has the right to remove the tourist from the route. No refund is made.

If a tourist has left or is removed from the route, including in the highlands, payment for an individual transfer is made at the expense of the tourist.

Medical services are not provided. Consult a specialist to use the water for medicinal purposes. There are no restrictions on external use.

The organizer is exempt from any liability if the health condition of the tourist does not allow him to participate in the tour program.

At any slightest suspicion indicating a change in the health status of the tourist, the instructor has the right to remove the tourist from the route. No refund is made.

Air and railway tickets are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.

The transfer fee is not reimbursed if you get to the base on your own.

Transfer at any other time earlier or later than indicated is not included in the price of the tour, it is paid for independently.

Transfer from Mineralnye Vody to the village Kamennomostskiy. The departure time of the bus from Mineralnye Vody is 13:00.

Transfer from Krasnodar to the village Kamennomostskiy. It is necessary to arrive at Krasnodar railway station no later than 13:30, and at Krasnodar airport before 14:00. The bus departs from Krasnodar airport after the gathering of the group, but no later than 14:15.
