A mountain camp in Altai. Travel to the Multin Lakes light

The hike to Multa is good because we will spend the first night in a village at the foot of the Altai mountains, and on the second day we will arrive at the Lower Multa Lake, where we will set up our tent camp for the whole week. Next, 5 trekking tours are waiting for us: we will walk a lot, ride boats several times.

We will see all the Multin lakes not only at their foot, but also climb to the top, from which an incredible view of two Multin lakes will open. And, of course, we will go to Lake Kuyguk, which is famous for its incomparable, emerald color.

Tour organizer's comments

The route is trekking and provides for walking through mountainous (rugged) terrain. This type of outdoor activity involves daily climbing and dropping heights (ascents and descents). The route passes through forest trails, dirt roads, alpine meadows, large and small stones. Slippery soil is possible underfoot after rain. There will be a passage of small rivers over rocks along the route. The height difference per day is from 100 to 350 m, in one day the difference will be 580 m. Climbing up 100-350 m is about like climbing 35-120 floors.
