Since all participants come from different regions of Russia, by different means of transport and at different times, therefore the first tour is in the evening.
Upon arrival at the Belokurikha resort, we stay at the selected hotel (check-out time is 14:00, if the room is free, then we will be checked in upon arrival), rest.

We invite you to take a gastronomic trip around Altai.
We will go to the village of Altayskoye, where you will have an unusual dinner at a local cafe.
After a heartfelt conversation, we will begin tasting unique dishes that are not only delicious, but also healthy.
The first dish on the table will be kundyubki, an appetizing dish made from fresh local ingredients.
You will learn more about the recipe at the cafe when you meet.
Then we'll try the beetroot salad with burdock sauce.
Beetroot, baked until soft and diced, is perfectly combined with a fragrant sauce made from burdock syrup grown on an eco-site in the village.
Let's not forget about brew, a traditional drink made from dried fruits and berries.
It warms, fills with energy and comfort, especially in the cold season.
We will end our gastronomic evening with fragrant homemade liqueurs based on berries, herbs or honey.
Each of them has its own unique taste and aroma, conveying the atmosphere of local traditions.
